Dear sir, Mera samsung a7 22nd feb ko company dwara claim approve ho jane k bad courier company k jariye mere ghar se pick karwaya gya aur delivery date 8-3-2017 ka diya gya but tb se aaj tk mujhe kewl jhuthi date diye jaa rhe h mujhe na mera phone lautaya jaa rha h na h mere kisi msg ka jwab diya jaa rha h col karne p ghanto hold p rakh k discconect kar diya jata h kindly help me sir... May 30, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved My phone was broken on 16rh feb and claimd uproved on 21 feb and picked up by 22nd feb and still they told me phone is in service centre all the time when i asked my current position they told wait for sometime...when i called in customer service they put my call on hold and cut the call after a long waiting... They didnot provide me the exact date or position of repairing...3 months already complete. I dont know they returend my phone or not please help me...
