Apra Auto — Malfunctioning in car

Dear, I bought WAGON R LXI in month of May'2013. Engine number is K10BN4527087 & Chasis number is MA3EWDE1S00564939. Total km's run till date is only 28, 000 Km's. I suspect there is malfunctioning in my car as company fitted sterio was also discharging battery even car and sterio is off. Also cluch plates not working properly. Please do the needful.
