Unfortunately, due to health reasons, I had to skip my third free service. During my 4th free service, I observed that the authorized dealer had been changed to Mavatur Motors Service without prior notice, leading to confusion.The issues escalated after the 5th paid service in December 2023, where my vehicle unexpectedly stopped within a week. Upon inspection, I was informed about engine part defects by Upendra, the service manager, and the technician. During this initial assessment, they mentioned that it was a manufacturing defect, and there was no harm to any other engine parts except the shield and chain.

This initial diagnosis left me puzzled, and I was assured that necessary repairs would be made under warranty. However, when the vehicle was examined again after the second breakdown, I was told that the engine had seized, the piston was damaged, and the crankshaft had been affected. This significant change in diagnosis within a span of two days raises serious questions about the consistency and accuracy of the service provided.

Furthermore, the prolonged delay in resolving these issues is causing significant inconvenience to my daily life. My late-night work shift has been severely affected, and I am constantly facing scolding from my manager for not reaching the office on time. This has put me in a highly challenging situation as I rely on my vehicle for commuting to work.

In addition to these challenges, I must express my concern about the delayed responses from Aprilia. The time taken to provide updates and resolutions has been considerably long, adding to the frustration of this entire experience.
