I have been using my aprilia 150 for the past 4years.the build quality is very bad.i lost all my money on repairing it and it cost huge money.and after the service also its getting even worst.i am not at all satisfied with the quality of the parts.i am just doing a part time job its very hard for me.but overall its a good scooter i like it so much but the thing is its hard to maintain it.i hope you understand my problem and do something about it if possible.

Not providing correct service and warranty which is told by the complaint and the spare is not even available in the store.Because of the delayed spare of vehicle and the service is also delayed because of them and i have kept my vehicle for many times even though their are telling the spare hasn’t come so the vehicle can’t be Serviced at that time now their not providing the warranty by saying the service is not done by the time.

1.Bike over racing,
2.not controling bike break are not work
3.carborator screw are missing
4.battary pannal scew missing

I am sending this mail because of the bad experience faced during my third free service ( actually not free ) from Hawk motors-kanhangad. Before service, they told it will cost around 400-420. After service, they claimed 600 rs from me, saying they replaced my brake lever. Actually they replaced, but I didn't told them to replace. They didn't even asked me while replacing. Even my connectivity app showing only 412 rs as my service cost.
Here I am attaching the detailed bill. Please note, lever costs only 91 rs and they took 118 rs as labor charge. Till the last service I kept good relation with the showroom. But this is the clear case of cheating. It is not about that 200 rupees, but I cant tolerate these kind of cheating. Please do the needful

Aprilia and paytm and refusing to refund my pre-booking amount. On 18th aug i did my pre-booking for sr150 via paytm with a booking amount of 2000. + 100 has service charges. Expected delivery as 12thsep. Post that after repeated followup with aprilia they contacted me via phone on 26th sep, that i have to visit the nearest dealer, post contacting the dealer he conveyed that they have a waiting period of 2 to 3 months. But ap per the initial aprilia discussion they said it will be done immediately but max one month. So i was not convinced with that. I requested them to cancel my booking. Now they are refusing saying booking cant be cancelled, and there will be no refund.

It is aprilia who are delaying the delivery, and not delivering as promised, who will wait for 2-3 months for buying a dam scooter, i can get a honda or suzuki scooter with in a day.

Aprilia you are fooling your customers big time, please change your attitude towards india customer, you are not in italy
