I am writing to make a complaint about poor service and rude reply given by the person in office of AP Fiber, Guntur. I am a customer of AP Fiber since June 2019. But, it is being the 2nd week I am suffering from the problem of poor service of technical and customer support persons of AP Fiber.
I am not getting the cable service since night of 20 May 2021. on 21 May 2021 I called AP Fiber office's phone number([protected]) to lodge a complaint. But, it was switched off. Again, I called on 22 May 2021, But no one answered the call. On 24 May 2021, they registered the complaint over phone and it was said that it will rectified by evening. Till next 3 days the same reply was given and nothing was done. Meanwhile I went to the office and reminded them again, the same reply was given. But, the problem was not rectified. On 28 May 2021 I went to the AP Fiber office to enquire about the complaint. The person in office rudely replied that they have to change the entire wire and it will cost about Rs.8000, which is not a small task and they have asked for approval from the head office and they would replace the wire whenever it is available. As if it is being done only for me. His reply was very rude.
It is not the first time I am facing this, it has been many times. This time it is beyond the limits. Also this is not the same with other operators. Everywhere the problem is solved within 24-36 hrs. Here every time it is not so.
I request you to kindly take proper action and do the needful to the earliest and see that this doesn't repeat.

New Box Connection : Rs 5000 and Monthly Charge : Rs 300
(OR)
Rental the Box : Initially pay Rs 700 + Rs 300 Month Charge = Total : Rs 1000
If you are not using the connection monthly pay Rs 60 as a rent for the box.
One more Issue with different Operator:-
Operator : Mani (He won't provide the connection because he don't has the AP Fiber Boxes) and rejected if i am going to take with different operator.
Name of the Package : Basic (250 channels + FUP Limit : 50GB)
Please review and do the needful at the earliest.
Note: Not Fair charging huge amount by customer, i need immediate action and contact if you need any further information.
