I bought the machine from Apsom infotex limited Roland VS640 ZAE2713, i have a problem with the machine and i have contact your bangalore number [protected] before one month and your person came and mentioned about the problem but still now there was no presence.Name Mr.Murali [protected] i am fully disappointed with your service your company person well known about my problem but still now no proper reply. The bangalore office persons not even giving a booking ID for the complaint i am fully disappointed with your service, Mr.Murali not even attending my call in office hours.The machine is good but i have noise problem while its working so it may cause a huge problem but the service is worst. If this problem continues i have no choice please get back your Roland VS640. From date of 3/11/2015 no responce from your service person. Already my business is normally moving thing if this continues how can i survive in this field. so do the needy thing.
