We was using some no.of aritel in 2009 Account id:[protected]. but we was not satisfied the airtel because they're sending worng bill activated without confirmatin any services no. body response on their totally no body responsible on their.We was terminate the airtel no. and due to unsatisfied with airtel.We was sending the termination request through mail and throuth letter.but no was responding finally we're stop the using of airtel no.budy never visit the my office.Still in 2012 we're received the letter date 04-Apr-2012 Account no.[protected] for outstanding RS.67683.98/-.When we're received the letter some no. maintain on the letter for confirmation what is this.Mr.Ashwani-[protected] he is telling me very roudly if you give the payment then i'm coming other wise i don't know wahat is this. Apsom Infotex Ltd — Not Given Replacement/Service in WARRANTY period
I purchase Roland printer from above company, Invoice number is 357 Dt. 19-6-08.Printer is under 18 months warranty.
Now Printer is not given as per specification perfomance and speed.
I give complain three to four time for resolved it, But company is not take any responsibility.
