Apspdcl — low voltage and fluctuations in power distribution

Sir we are residing at 4-1782-3a bhagyanagar colony. We are facing sevier voltage problem and fluctuations in power distribution since 2months. A/c s are not working, led bulbs are getting blinking, submersible motors are not working.
We made a complaint about this matter two times, but nobody responds on this matter. Still we are facing the problem.
Finally we decided to make dharna program if not respond within an early date. This is for your kind information,
