The fake theft complaint has been filed regarding my power service number[protected]. According to the APSPDCL department, the stolen power is a 1500-watt AC, but I have been using a 1000-watt AC. However, I only purchased a 1000-watt AC just 3 months ago.

Additionally, I have been charged a penalty of 27524 rupees and 6800, and the total is 34500++ in my current bill. The total amount has been added to the bill without any prior notice from the department. I would like to know the reason behind such a high penalty as we have not used any illegal connections.

Note: How can they add amounts to the bill without any prior notice? We are using only a 1000-watt AC, not a 1500-watt connection.

Every month we have a power bill amount of 250 to 400 rupees charges that come up depending on usage, but now the department is asking for 34500+ to pay.

I am a farmer, how can I pay this amount even if my yearly income is not equal to this Power bill.

Please kindly help me in canceling the fine amount from the SOUTHERN POWER DISTRIBUTION company.

Note: We are not using any theft connections. The department people did not observe the inverter supply, therefore they wrongly added the fine
Fake theft case was filed, and a high penalty was demanded because a bribe was not given as a reason. mentally harrassing .

Today I got a call from Vedurukuppam Kuppam AE who asked me to share all the documents about A/C to check the power consumption history. I have provided all the power consumption information documents such A/C purchase document, input power consumption document, and if I entire year how much power consumption the AC is provided by the A/C company (Manyfacture) everything I have submitted.

They clearly understand that the mistake is from their side, but you cannot able to help us because the amount has been entered into the system. It is not possible to revise the amount he said like that
He forcefully and unfairly informed me using unparliamentary words should pay the amount even if their side was mistake, but that is not possible to rectify.

Here, the strange thing is why it is not possible to revise. The mistake is from their side because by mistakenly, entered the wrong consumption information.
Note: Actual Using 980 watts power consumption A/C
Note: Wrongly mistakenly APSPDCL Department cased filled 1500 Watts

Upon a discussion with AE Chavatagunta, he said you can go Consumer court and do whatever you can but ultimately you can't do anything such as un-politically inform us

The department AE said that we can disconnect our home power connection
I have requested. Please don't do that. However, he is not accepting my words simultaneously. I have applied for another meter also but he's not caring for us.

I have provided all the proofs, but he said that it is not possible to revise the amount from the department. Once he entered into the system he said this

I don't understand why they mistakenly case filled in incorrect consumption and said that not possible to revise it ?. This is strange for the entire APSPDCL department.

To be honest apspdcl department is observatory looting to the innocent people

    Dear Consumer,

      I have paid my electricity bill of 1614.95/- to APSPDCL on 06-Apr-2023. My account got debited for the amount however the payment status was not successful.

      Please find the transaction ID attached. Request to either refund the amount or make the transaction successful.

AEE/ADE డబ్బులు demand చేస్తున్నారు. వాళ్ళు అడిగిన amount నా వద్ద లేనందున, ఇవ్వలేక పోయాను. 1 yr నుండి, వారి వద్దకు తిరిగి తిరిగి విసుగు చెంది, న్యాయం దొరుకుతుందిని ఆశతో, తప్పని సరి పరిస్తితులలో complaint చేయుచున్నాను. కనుక, తమరు దయచేసి తగు చర్యలు తీసుకో గలరని ఆశిస్తున్నారు. మీరు అవకాశం ఇస్తే, మిమ్మల్ని కలసి పూర్తి వివరాలు సమర్పించగలను. నాకు electricity connection ఇప్పించి, లంచం demand చేస్తున్న AEE (వెంకట రాజు) and ADE (బాలాజి నాయక్) పైన చర్యలు తీసుకొని, నా లాంటి వారిని ఆదుకుంటారని ఆశిస్తున్నాను. నాకు ఇప్పటి వరకు జరిగిన నష్టం 7, ౦౦, ౦౦౦ (7 lakhs) ని ఇప్పించ గలరని విస్వసిస్తునాను. నాకు sanction అయిన receipt ని attach చేస్తున్నాను.

                would like to explain regarding to be installation of new pole in front of my residential site, My opposite line plot no. 21 is belongs to AE of electrical department in APSPDCL Name : TADA NAGARAJA and Register document number : 1884/2019, date of registration was 17/06/2019, For AE personal benfit he was utilized his powers and planning for Shifting power line to his opposite line (It means front of my residential site) AE don't want to power line in front of his residential site, He want to be safe his and his family for feature, But common man has to suffer like me because no Noise and no powers for common man, So I am Requesting that provide justice for common man and request you to cancel the proposal for installations of new pole in front of my residential site because already pole was installed (Near) in the line of AE residential site plot no. 21 for more reference I have attached image of register document of AE

It is necessary to deactivate the power supply to restrict the danger from getting electric shock while doing the demolishing works.                     Hi,
                    Electricity pole near my house has got rusted and is very old one, started leaning down. We have complained to replace the old pole with new concrete pole. Officials had checked and asked the colony people to tell the place where to install new one, as crane can't enter inside small streets.

                    We request don't ask the street people for location, no one will accept the pole near to their house and they want the pole to be in the way to our house.

                    We request you to place the pole in convenient installation location or remove the old one at-least every one will then try to get the wires from the other near by pole.

                    Please solve the problem as soon as possible.

                    Don't delay or rely on every one to respond.

                      Rs.3583.00... My monthly electrcity bill amount generally range between rs.350 to rs.450 the bill for this month (March, april) is almost triple the amount of my regular bills. I investigated

                      The matter from my side to find out the error and i noticed that the meter reading unit for the current bill is showing more units than the current meter reading which is impossible.
                      Hsc number =[protected]. Readings not enter in February 2020 between opening to closing readings but made a average bill of 195 units and i paid the amount. In March 2020 without knowledge of work they made January to March readings and bill generated please correct the electricity bill.

                          Sir we are residing in chebrole, guntur district. From a few days we are facing the issue of low and voltage fluctuations. Sir kindly take necessary action. Electrical equipment in our area are getting to be repaired. We could not getting the suficient voltage to run air conditioners at the time of afternoon.                                   Online bill payment due date for consumer no.[protected] is 24.01.19 but our area line man disconnected the power supply to our house on 20.01.2019 for whole day without any intimation to us, even online bill disconnection date is 09.02.2019 but we felt insult for disconnection before due date we request to take action agsinst the erring person line man or warn him to perform his duties correctly and act according to the law. In the month of August some technical issue matter is strucked after we logged a complaint for Metter replacement and APSP DCL team is replaced the meter same month.                                       I paid my electricity bill through bill desk online for the month of october. When i’m
                                      Paying first time the transaction has been failed but the amount has been deducted from my account. Second time the transaction is successful. So the deducted amount is not reversed to my account. Service number is[protected], amount deducted date is 17/10/2018.

                                            Im from kokkiligada village, mopidevi mandal, krishna dist-521125.in the outcuts of this village one tranformer near to chinna kothapalem transfering power from both wires (Nuetral/phase). Due to this we are getting current shocks even the switch is off.
                                            From 2 months we are facing problems like fridge shock, tv shock, mixy shock, washing mechine shock, cooler shock, table fan shock, always dim lights etc. All tehese problems we faced from last 2 months. Every time we are informing to local eleper. He is doing 2/3 days rectification but they are not showing proper solution for this problem.

                                              I am from badvel. Although this is municipal corporation there will be no power in the night times. The villages are far better than this town. If power got cut once in the evening, we have to wait for next morning. Today is not the first day and we are facing the problem repeatedly

                                                          Our family stays in kadapa, in the last month we were out of the town but the current bill meter showed that we consumed 300 units of power. We knew that it's due to the fault of our meter because in summer though we used our air conditioner it didnt showed much. I just made a complaint in southern distribution app and i got a call immediately. The person on the call informed about the process that we should pay ₹100 challan and ae will give permission for testing the meter. We contacted ae through mobile and he talked so politely that our work will be done in a single working day. Actually he said he was on leave so he will check another working day. A week passed but still no response from ae. Finally he took our duplicate bill and asked # questions and he spoke so rudely. He said that we are the most busy persons, how can we look into such simple matters. Actually he is trying to ask bribe. He said we should pay our old bill. So we paid the bill for which we didnt used. After paying challan ₹200 and the bill, four days later they issued permission for testing. While changing the meter we noticed that everything in the meter is spoiled and the wires were broken. First of all we are scared about the bill, we dont know what to do then. How can apspdcl gives a job who cant even operate a computer?? Why your employees doesnt respect customers?? For changing a meter they again charged ₹200??? Well where the hell this money is going??? How many people are cheated like this??
