Apspdcl — without any intimation disconnection of power supply to house before due date of payment date

Online bill payment due date for consumer no.[protected] is 24.01.19 but our area line man disconnected the power supply to our house on 20.01.2019 for whole day without any intimation to us, even online bill disconnection date is 09.02.2019 but we felt insult for disconnection before due date we request to take action agsinst the erring person line man or warn him to perform his duties correctly and act according to the law. This is not for first time previously he did the same for consecutive months thanks
