Dear Sir,
I submitted my application for withdrawl of my PF with my employer ( Aptech Pvt. Ltd) on 20th October 2008. I was promised that my PF amount will be credited in my bank a/c within 3 months but its been more than an year and I'm still waiting. I mailed many a times to Aptech Pvt Ltd,.and concerd person. My PF branch in Kandivali Bombay and my PF a/c NO is MH/45434/2926.Plz. guide me how to go ahead.

orkut account hacked, pls delete the account
hi,
i am Imran khan and my orkut named IMRAN KHAN was hacked on 13th may 2009.i used to operate the account using this email id [protected]@ymail.com
. now i am unable to login to my account with this id.somebody is using this account and can be misused because it has got my personal pictures.i request you to delete the orkut account as soon as possible.

1. Semester 2 in BA007 I scored 90 Marks, but I received 83

Hello Sir,
I had joined an Aptech course for Java through an SSi institute at Pune FC road branch. I paid Rs. 6700 for the course and Rs. 4300 for appearing for the Sun Microsystem Java online exam. I completed my one month course, but havn't recieved any certificate yet nor have recieved the voucher for appearing for the exam. So in short the institute has duped me for Rs. 11, 000 approx. The institute is closed now. And the managers working over their are not responding. They are doing their jobs in some other companies. The Head manager's name is Harshad. I dont know his address. But his Phone no is: [protected]. Hes not responding at all. I have all the receipts of joining the course and even the receipt for applying for the exam. Two of my friends had also joined the course. Their names are:

i have joined Aptech for SCJP Certification Course and i had opted Evening batch and they were agreed to provide training but later on i came to know they have no faculty for evening batch
for that course.I had paid[protected] Adv money+10000 remaining fees).

i continuously returned one month from there but they are unable to solve my problem.on Asking the money refund they are creating trouble and harassing me.

Now neither they are returning money nor they are providing training.Last two months they have put me on hold and daily they are giving new date for settlement.

I am looking help in this regard
