Apy — pran not found in database

I was having 2 account of apy
1st account I had closed but from last 1yr I have not received refund
2nd account after deduction is showing invalid

I open an Atal Pension Yojana and contribute regularly. But I unable to track my contribution. I also unable to change my mobile no. Because my registered mobile no has been changed. So, while I trying to create ipin system shows an error message 'Pran not found in database'. Please resolve the issue as early as possible or send my ipin password to my email id. Details are mentioned below-
