I have open an atal pension yojana (Apy) and contributing regularly. But i am unable to track my contribution. So, when i am trying to create ipin, system shows an error massage 'pran not found in database'. Please resolve the issue as early as possible or send my ipin password to my mobile no. Or email id. Details are mentioned below.

I opened an Atal Pension Yojana (Apy) account and contribute regularly. But I am unable to track my contribution. While logging in to the portal, I get an error stating 'pran not found in database'. Please resolve the issue as early as possible and send my ipin password to my mobile number or email id. Details are mentioned below -

And while login in to "https://cra-nsdl.com/CRA/" its asking enter "USER ID". What should we enter as user id there?

My name is sourav paul.i have opened a apy account in OBC bank.But now i want to close the scheme.But from 1-2 month bank is refusing me.And giving me exuses.so what i have to do, to close apy scheme.This bank is located in Ranaghat, nadia, west bengal.pin-741201.Branch IFSC CODE-ORBC0101797.

Dear sir/madam

My apy pran no. Is[protected]. My apy activation date is 19/07/2017.
From 2 years i am paying for apy half yearly installments.

But i could not register in enps.

But whenever i try to register in nps site to view my transaction details it says my pran no. Is not in the database or invalid details.

Help me resolve this issue as early as possible.

I requested the bank for the closure of my apy account[protected] on january 2019 but did not close my account till now. When i contact bank they always said it will take more time. Not mention when will get, i didn't get my money back to the bank account till now please help...

I have APY In Bank of Baroda kamareddy branch, they are collecting amount on 22 or 24 th of every month and deposit in my apu a/c on next month 2 nd or 3 rd date, is this right process or bank using all customers amount 7 to 8 days free of cost, because I have to know what happening with my account as well as APY account, please reply me as soon as possible thank you sir/madam

My atal pension yojna account has been closed after my submission of closer account in my sbi branch may 2018 due to my husband death. But the amount is not refunded till now. I needed the money urgently. And the bank manager is saying he cannot help as this is government scheme.
Pls help to refund my money. Details are mentioned below

My apy a/c (Atal pension yojana) has been closed after my submission of closer application to my sbi branch, jan, 2018. But the amount is not refunded till now. Urgently i need the sum. Branch manager told me that he cannot help in this matter as they have no control over that scheme.
I have also lodged complain two times on nsdl website. But no response.
Please help me to refund my money.
