Extremely disappointed with the after-sales service experience from Aquaguard / Eureka Forbes.
I renewed my AMC this month for 2 years for my Aquaguard Genius water purifier. I stay in Madhyamgram, Ganganagar (PIN – 700132).
For the last several days, the service light has been blinking continuously on my purifier. I raised my first service request on 6th May 2026, and it was assigned to a service partner. However, I was informed that there were “no filters available” in their office.
Today is 26th May 2026, and the situation remains exactly the same.
What is even more shocking is that my previous request was closed without resolving the issue, forcing me to raise another complaint, which again got assigned to the same service partner. On contacting him, I received the same response again — “filters are not available.”
When I contacted the office, the customer care executives gave conflicting statements. Some blamed the service partner, saying filters had already been provided to him and he had used them elsewhere. Others simply refused to take responsibility.
When I asked them to take action against the concerned service partner, I was told, “That is not our job.”
Is this the kind of service customers should expect even after paying for a 2-year AMC?
I request the concerned authorities from Eureka Forbes and Aquaguard to resolve my issue immediately or initiate a refund of my AMC amount.
Through this post, I would also urge customers to think carefully before purchasing products from Eureka Forbes if this is the level of after-sales support being provided.
