My aquaguard water purified classic moder is under annual maintenance contract with compnay Eureka Forbed Ltd. The water flow was very slow hence complaint lodged on 27.4.22 and their tecghnician visited and from next day unit stopped working for which again complaint was lodged. Thereafter till date no technician visited for repair. Since last 5 days I call the service centre (call centre) Every time same reply is being received that my complaint escalated and technician will visit within next 24 hours

aquaguard water purifier service request to replace cartridges pending even after 52 days value: 20000
I registered a service request with the eureka forbes customer care as soon as the service light started blinking on 06/10/2018. On 08/10/2018, i received the service acknowledgment message intimating the ref no [protected]. I waited for 6 days and seeing no response, on 12/10/2018, i contacted the customer care executive over phone and i informed them about the seriousness of the situation that our locality being a coastal area pure drinking water was very scarce and should be resolved immediately. By the time the water purifier had stopped working completely.. Though i was assured of immediate action, when inaction continued i contacted them again on 22/10. On 24/10 service technician visited and informed me that in addition to replacing the cartridges, the uv lamp was also needed to be replaced and the same same needed to be brought from chennai or bangalore offices. I was in constant touch with the technician all these time and the reply was the same 'spare part not arrived '. On 05 /11, i sent a mail to deepa. [protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in, the designated recipient to receive complaints.
Instantly i received a reply assuring that the problem would be resolved immediately and also intimated a new service request ref no [protected], possibly to keep their place tidy by wiping off long out standing issues.
As a follow up action i have been receiving sms assuring me of immediate attention to my problem and to make it more credible they have included the name and phone number of the technician they have deputed for my job. As all my attempts to contact the said technician on the provided phone number failed, i contacted the service center where he was serving, i am informed that he was no longer in their service. On 15/11, i sent another mail informing them of the nonavailability of the deputed technician. After that no reply from them and now i have reached a point where no further progress is in sight. My service request is pending unattended even after 52 days.
I have resorted to this step as a last resort.

Complaint marked as Resolved At last, on 05/12/2018, cartridges and other defective parts replaced to get the purifier started working after exactly 2 months after I lodged the complaint. Thanks to the technician. I have waited 5days to submit this report.

We have purchased Aquaguard water purifier in July 2017. Immediately after expiry of warranty period i.e., 1 yr, the problems started. Since 8/2018, the instrument was getting repaired for more than 3 times. Again today the water is not getting filtered.

Worst service and full of cheated fellows, I have period of warranty for one more month..my filter doesn't work ..serivce man arrived and said that I want to buy new carriages for 5 k rupees .why I should pay for warranty period product??? Totally cheated ..

failure to replace electronic circuit

One year before, one of the electronic circuit failed to work which results in disconnection of all the warning signals from the purifier. As the service engineer well known to us, we used to call him for any break down of the purifier. However, for last one year we are listening to his assurance that the circuit would be removed as soon as possible. But till date we found no positive result. After few days the insurance is going to expire and they will charge for replacing the circuit.
Therefore, kindly look into the matter so that the circuit get replaced within a week time.

aqua guard extended warranty service not provided/not registered/ service issues

I am victim of misrepresentation of facts by aqua guard company.
Recently i have purchased aqua guard from vijay sales (Thane – west – ghodbunder road).
At the time of purchase i have taken one year extended warranty service.
Refer the attached bill invoice.
I was shocked to know recently that my extended service details are not updated in aqua guard company records. Last week i got call from eureka forbes (+91 [protected]) stating that my service is only for 1 year. I have told them on phone that i have purchased one year extended warranty service and i have the proof also. I even have the extended warranty certificate issued by eureka forbes (Refer the attachments) but the call center agent didn’t listen to my request and told me to check with the service engineer for extended service.
Even the service engineer (+91 [protected]) who came to my house for servicing was not having my one year extended warranty service in his records. Service engineer told me to pay extra amount for any additional services required after one year. I even asked him when the filter of aqua guard will be changed and he replied that it will never be changed as i haven’t paid any extra charges for servicing.
First he declined to accept that i have purchased any such extended service and later on after showing all the proofs he was trying to avoid the conversations by blaming call center people. He told me to check directly with call center people.
How can my extended service details be incomplete in aqua guard company records. It is very strange that a renowned company like aqua
Guard is providing such third class service to their customers. No one is ready to help or understand my problems.
I even escalated to aqua guard company to update their records immediately and send a line of confirmation immediately else i will be forced to take legal action. Still no one bothered to reply.
Just got the confirmation over email from aqua guard call center that my request number is[protected] and it will be resolved soon.
It seems the money making and fool making business plan and trapping the people with lots of promises and milking candidate pockets. Extended service details are purposely not updated in compnay’s records to avoid any extra servicing by their engineers.
Request you to please check with aqua guard and arrange for the confirmation on my extended warranty service at the earliest along with additionally rs.50, 000 towards compensation for the mental and physical harassment caused.
Also i would require an apology along with compensation for the mental harassment given to me.

Poor service
On 9th may received the aqua guard enhance ro+uv machine. My concern is till date the machine has not been installed. Calling to the customer care was also of no use. Twice i have raised the installation request and its of no use.
Aqua guard installation is for bangalore area.
I am thinking to cancel the product and go for other brand.

For last one month, we are facing problem as the water outlet / nozzle is not working and we registered a complaint 86738659 and till date they are saying the part is not available for replacement.
They have given the intimation to hyderabad office for the service part need to be replaced and they didn't received the part yet is the daily statement given back when i call them. Fed up with this guys did multiple follow ups. I wonder with out a service part manufactured why they are selling the product to us ?
Also there is no easy way to approach the management to escalate the service, tried with the online escalation its not even recognizing the complaint number given by the call center team. Sent a mail to [protected]@eurekaforbes.com but no response till date, don't know in which way need to reach the company !!!

I have requested for service on 28.01.2016 under Complaint No. 85424306 and also I am in under AMC so I requested them for service. Till date nobody has responded and even every day I am requesting call centre to send the person but their is that still my complaint is opened. But nobody has turned up. They have provided their Managers phone No. but they not responding properly one Mr Baskar ([protected]) and one Mr pothiraj ([protected]).

Ur Guy Singh had arrived on 29/07/2015, for changing candle & carbon, against req no[protected], he came changed & the machine stopped working, later he says I again need to drop a request to start the machine, I again had dropped a request no[protected] dated 30/07/2015, one o[censored]r guy again had arrived office & said he couldn't do anything & needs a higher authority to check, I again dropped a request on 31/07/2015 describing very urgent req no[protected] still nil o[censored]r guy has arrived at ofc.
My Concern is I had trusted Ur name & hence signed a 3 year contract with U for maintenance, 1st year there was nil maintenance from Ur side, I had to complain when the water I tasted was sour, & the candle & carbon was changed after one year after so many calls to U.
Is it My Mistake that I Trusted U & Ur Name called Aquaguard.
What will U do if any of my ofc guy falls sick or their health is affected, would U answer their Family?
I want this to be improved on Very Urgent Basis.

unavailability of warranted service
I have been using aquaguard water purifier (booster) with unit no.3077454 since 28/12/13. It is under 1 year service warranty. Unfortunately, the machine is not working since 31/7/2014.l have registered my complain against it on the very day with complain no.77506469. They promised to provide service within 24 hours but still they havn't turned up. Since then, i have called them multiple times but havn't got any positive response.

Pathetic service

I had complained to the chennai helpline on 10th June 2014 regarding the faulty tap of my Enhance RO + UV, acknowledged vide complaint no. 76702375. No action was forthcoming inspite of repeated calls to them. The matter was esclated again on 23rd June acknowledged again vide no. 76892993. I have been calling them every day, but till date no technician has turned up to rectify the fault. The machine is just a year old and I also renewed my AMC by paying a huge sum. I request aquaguard to take back the purifier and refund the cost and AMC charges paid and be done with it once and for all. If they cannot service a product, why have a helpline and waste our time and money. The only standard response they give is that service person will come and do the service. But truly they are only doing a disservice to all those customers who buy aquaguard products.
It is time the company wakes up and understands what customer service really means.

With respect to the above subject, The service people of the company have taken the AMC by receiving the three
thousand from us. The company people have assured that when there is a problem they will attend the problem. Since from one month there was a problem we have given complaint and he attended the complaint but the problem of the machine is not solved it will on for two days and get off for three days . Now since form 30/5/2014 we have given the complaint till now no one is responding. Since from four days there is no water in our house as we are having the marriage function on 6, 7 and 8 th of June. There are so many guests but machine is under trouble and that to these company people are not attending means then taking of the water purifier is waste and that to give AMC is a foolishness. Simply they are taking the money and cheating the customers. This company is not having the good service man at all. Since from the purchase it third time i am

1 What is the meaning of AMC and, why they are taking money and cheating the people?
2. Why these service people are telling lies that they will attend the complaints.

Service under Warranty period

I have purchased Aquaguard Enhance UV+ prodcut from Eureka Forbes 8 months before. Eureka Forbes salesman who sold this machine mentioned that this product comes with one-free service during one year warranty period. "Eureka Forbes (Aquaguard) policy says that product service under the Warranty period will be done based on customer's demand"
Question is "Why the hell I should remind them what Eureka Forbes (Aquaguard) supposed to do when the product is under the warranty period" ? After-sale product support is soaring.
Another thing is call center service requesting is extremely frustrating, tons of disturbance, time consuming, and representatives talk with no respect. Strangely, call center representative mentioned to me that this product comes with "two free-services during the one year warranty period"
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AQUAGUARD WATER PURIFIER PRODUCT.

It's true. I too suffer the same. I don't know how to seek Justice against the forgery done by #aquaguard water purifier company. #eureka_forbes... Worst quality

It's been four months since I'm waiting for my bill of purchase from aqua guard . I find it absurd that it takes 4 months for a company to give you a bill for something you purchase for 8000 Rs.
Now the sales person refuses to pick up our calls and no one seems to care if you get a bill or not . Beware of this fraudulent company as now we re left with a purchase without a bill and shoddy service .

This is Srinath, My Aqua Guard complaint number is 67645814
I had some issues with my Aqua guard water purifier and we have an AMC for the same. We reported this problem and a Service Guy named Gajendran came and identified it as "Circuit Problem" on August 6, 2012. No action was taken after that and after days and days of calling the customer care, another service person named Karthik took the entire device to get it sorted out on August 30, 2012.
After that we have been given no proper information and the issue has not been solved till date. We keep trying the customer care and they keep responding in a very casual manner.
We got the number of an higher official Deepa Durairajan ([protected]) and she doesn't respond. it's been nearly two months and the problem has not been solved.
Can someone help me in fixing this issue asap. And also I need to know how to proceed if I were to take this issue to Consumer Court.

It is painful to say with regard to very poor status of "aquaguard twenty four hour service". Eventhough repeated calls have been made to [protected], for booking complaiants , no service personnel have been turned up for the past several months .In otherwords my aquaguard nova model water purifier is not working for the past several months which is still in AMC as on date. Ref No. [protected]: Customer No. [protected].
Necessary arrangements may please be made to rectify the machine otherwise , direct the concerned authorities to refund the amc amount with the cost mental agony given for the pase serveral months without using the purified water.

Aqua Guard — No proper Service after service contract
Company takes money for service contract and promises to replace the candle and carbon in fixed period. They very perticular or insist more for contract money. I have 2years contract, filter was replaced on 12 Nov 06 and it was to replaced again in Nov 2007. Instade service person informs no spares are available and shall be replced within one week. Company has replaced it on 9 May o8. The act of the company is against the service contract agreement. Since total service was not given in time, company should extend service period for the period of six months as a delayed service given. Service personnel not coming for servising inspite of contract and paying Rs 800+ a year. Evey time we have to follow up.
I have Annual maitaineance Contract with Aqua guard for a Period of 3 years. I am very sorry that the service is very Pathetic.

Aqua Guard — No service
This company advertise itself with hifi and attractive headlines like "Smile Service" etc. etc. But there is not even a basic level of service being provided.As happened, our source of drinking water is only this Aquaguard. At the fag end of becoming one year old it has started giving problems. Even after calling the service guys for two days no one has turned up yet.

AquaGuard — No service in spite of AMC
I reside at Plot No. 1080/2762, Jagamohan Nagar, Bhubaneswar-751030. I have an acquaguard machine for which I have a subsisting AMC with your Company. I had encountered some problems with the machine and requested your Khandagiri Vihar Office (talked to Mr. Naba Mahapatra, who normally comes for fault repair) on 20th June to come and attend to the problem. He did not bother to come. Again, I lodged a complaint with that office over phone[protected] at around 8.00 AM today (23rd June). No body has attended to the fault repair job. I have doubts about the purity of water we consume from the machine.Your slogan is WE CARE FOR YOUR HEALTH. Is it the way you care for our health? Is this your service? Why your Company asks for AMC? i have the aquagaurd product, raised complete on 25-oct. made more than 15 calls, only false promises. as of date no service engg. came for service even the give area manager saravanan ([protected]) is non responsive. if the company is not fit for service, then they should not sell annual maintenance and take consumer money to pockets.
is there a management efficient and fit enough to have governance?

Pathetic Services by Aquaguard

1. I own an AQUA FLO water purifier from EUREKA FORBES.
2. After AMC was done, technician did service of machine. To my apathy, machine started leaking after some time technician had left. I had to call him. (I don't know if these technicians are ever trained, as whenever they do service of my machine, most of the times they don't assemble the machine properly and i have to waste my time, energy and money to recall them).
3. Moving ahead, the so called technician came and assembled again, problem was sorted out. (Though temporarily)
4. On 12th Jun, the machine stopped functioning again (I am sure technician was not able to pack it properly). I lodged a complaint (Complaint number
58395979 dated 12 Jun 2010)
5. Since then i have been following this complaint. Today is 15th Jun 2010, 19:20 minutes. Till now no one has attended the complaint.
6. I tried to reach local service center (SAI Aquacare, tel number[protected], but they say that they have not received the complaint (last spoke on 14th Jun), whereas customer care says that complaint is immediately forwarded to local service station)
6. Whenever i call customer care, those call center people tell me that complaint is under process (I don't understand, what this term "Under Process" means).
7. They have given me following numbers to speak about my woes:
a.[protected] (This number is always switched off)
b. 0-[protected] (No one attends this number)
8. I have been spending an amount of Rs 100/- (minimum) on account of drinking water .
9. May i know when this problem will be sorted out.
10. I would also like to understand is there any Service Level Agreement clause wherein company is liable to be penalized on account of delays, as if there would be any component failure that would simple mean more and more delays and further increase in my expenses on water.

I purchased a water purifier from EUREKA FORBES, TIRUNELVELI. The sales executive was Mr. Anand. He gave me all the false promises and offers till he got all the complete cash in hand. After that he will never even bother to attend my phone call. This is a scammer. I dont know whether the whole company members are scammers. Beware of them. Their service is worst service i've ever found. I hate these people. There is nothing good to...

I have purchased aquaguard one month back and the water coming out without any purification. I registered complaint 10 days back but as on date nobody visited to rectify the problem. I am calling customer care almost daily but getting the same reply and false promises from customer care. I have purchase quaguard by their name and fame but their attitute towards customer is wrost. They are least bothered about customer complaints.

duplicate items
i have asked for replacement of carbon filter and normal filter of my aqua guard but shop representative replaced with duplicate parts and after few days my aquaguard stops functionnig and now agency is neither ready to repair nor accepting that they have used ungenuine parts though i have got receipt of items changed by them

I have purchased Aqua guard RO in October 2007. When I have purchased, they have told that you will get four free service. But till date I have not received not a single service. On 04/08/08 at 11:00 a.m. I have made a complain on helpline number. Again I have call on 05/08/08 at 12:15 p.m.. I have got reply that they will arrange a person immediately. Again I have call at 6:30p.m.. I have got reply that there is no complain from me and they registere complain now, so someone will visit within 24 hours.
Aqua guard company is fraud compny. They will cheat the customer by giving wrong promise.
I will never recommend anyone to purchase product from Aqua guard.

False promises:
Purchased an RO from sales man in Oct2007, he promised me extended warranty (1 yr is normal, but he mentioned 2 yrs) and free of cost filter change (all 5) during the first 1 year, this was due to the 25 year celebrations. Later I came to know that all this is false from the call centre.
Faulty product:
The Membrane filter stopped working within 1 week. Wow, that service guy came a replaced this free of cost. The membrane filter again failed after 6 months, this time I had to shell out 3K to replace this. Now it is 1 year and again the membrane has failed. With due respect that water is not hard (using metro water, Chennai, T.Nagar)
Bad service:
Guys turn up at my residence to service the filter without a TDS meter. Surprisingly the sales man uses the TDS meter readings as the 'Ultimate truth' while selling the product, but the service guy uses his tounge to take the reading. But what he forgets is that I do not have a TDS built into my tounge.
Bottom line:
Aqua guard was good with UV filters, but they have a long way to go with RO both in terms of product and service. It is better to buy a cheaper unit (sub 10K, say Kent) rather than buy Aqua Guard (RO) for 15K. I would think twice before buying any Aqua guard product in future.

The Membrane filter stopped working within 1 week. Wow, that service guy came a replaced this free of cost. The membrane filter again failed after 6 months, this time I had to shell out 3K to replace this. Now it is 1 year and again the membrane has failed. With due respect that water is not hard (using metro water, Chennai, T.Nagar)
Bad service:
Guys turn up at my residence to service the filter without a TDS meter. Surprisingly the sales man uses the TDS meter readings as the 'Ultimate truth' while selling the product, but the service guy uses his tounge to take the reading. But what he forgets is that I do not have a TDS built into my tounge.
Bottom line:
Aqua guard was good with UV filters, but they have a long way to go with RO both in terms of product and service. It is better to buy a cheaper unit (sub 10K, say Kent) rather than buy Aqua Guard (RO) for 15K. I would think twice before buying any Aqua guard product in future.
I have contact withe thee said company for 2 years. They are not coming for service even I complaint 6 monthes before theey came for thee service after many complaint given online. Now I have given complaint for service on 14 the April There is no response, again i Have given on 24 the No response again yesterday 28 the April I have given anotheer complaint no response

We have Aqua Guar water filter which is in AMC. Their service engineer said the mother board needs to be changed, but now since so many days no one is coming up inspite of our repeated follow-up with them. At first they deiputed the AMC and said this AMC is not valid. But when told that we will take them to consumer forum they agreed and when ever we call them they say that their service engineer is on way and will be reaching in some time. And never turns up. When enquired they have a ready reason for his not turning up.
Please suggest / guide us what action shall be taken up against them.
