Hi i have bought aqua libra water purifier ro+uv+uf+tds control new technology after 3 month water purifier not working and the prufier is leeaking and i was surprised how this happen.I believe its with low quality of plastic.
I am trying to reach customer care by calling custmer care no [protected], no body is picking the call, even i have send the complain over the what's app number they have given at the time of order.They are watching my comments but no response.
I am facing water problem from many days and not able to drink proper water.
Please someone listen to this complain, my health is also down due this problem always buying mineral water from stores and spending too much money because of aqua libra.Please please resolve my issue.Or i need to go to the consumer cort for my complaints.

I bought Aqua libra water purifier through AMAZON, first unit i received in last week of july, 2021 which was defective, I raised complain to amazon, so got replacement unit on 2nd august, which i Installed on 8th august, the 2nd unit was again having water leakage problem which i reported on 9th August 2021 to amazon and also to WhatsApp no of aqua libra [protected] and also sent mails to aqua Libra mail id [protected]@aqualibra.com but till date i have not received any resolution from AQUALIBRA and Amazon. because of poor product quality and deficency of service from aqualibra i want refund of mony and compensatopn of metal harrasment rs. 50, 000 from aqua libra
