I have purchased Aqua Libra before 3 months back, now there is prominent noise coming from Motor, the person who installed RO he asked to file complaint in company, now there is nobody picking up call nor respond the messages. There is 6 month warranty and nobody is bother to attend the customer's query.

RO Filter purchased from Amazon is installed and found that water is leaking inside the assembly and also tap

I purchase qua libra Aqua Libra With Device RO+UV+Uf+Tds Contro from amazon recived two times defective pices, 2nd time recived punit on 2nd august, installed on 8 august 2021, water leckage problem in 2nd unit als doning followup wit aqualibra on watsap no[protected] and mail id [protected]@aqualibra.com no responce even after several follwups.
for last 50 days my mony is stuck, amzon and aqualibra both are not responding to resolve my complain, now i want refund and compensation for mental herrasment rs 50000 as i have wasted severa hours for followup

Hi, I purched water purifier from above company and they mention 1 year guarantee and now they are not providing any king of guarantee with the product as well as not answering calls. they are selling Water purifier through Amazon.com. i also tried to call Amazon but they said connect with AQUA Libra for same. this company doing fraud with the customer and do not know if they are following any government guidliene for making RO.

Is there any consumer protection act?
