I am from Indian Navy and came on leave. I ordered RO from Amazon. Model No. AQUA Libra Water Purifier Ro+Uv+Uf+Tds Control New Technology Bags"(ALWP-04). Got it delivered but i have been trying to call them for installation but no response from their side. Once they picked up the call and asked for some information but then after that no response came from their side. It has been a week.
Because of my service contraint i may not be able to take out time for all these issue. I request you to take immediate and necessary action.
