Water Purifier
On 26 sep 2020. I have literally had some or the other issues with this product from the time it's been purchased. Every month I've been calling the technicians for a repair. It's still in warranty and I still have a blown out adapter inside the machine which is already replaced once by the company and its blown out again. The quality of the product is so bad that it feels like some sub standard product has been installed. I call the technician, no one answers the call +[protected]. Its a whatsapp no, no one is bothered to respond on a timely basis. Every visit is charged at Rs 300, while other companies only charge from 200 to 250 as visit charges. Later, if at all the technician responds after good 3 days, we are made to feel as if a favour is being done for coming and repairing the product. We literally have to request them to come and see the product. Inspite of being in the warranty period, if this is the situation, then what would be the plight of being outside warranty.
