Nine RO+UV+Copper Alkaline water purifier
Ordered the product via company website for 4, 999. Product was delivered before time. After Installation, the water outflow is not working and it looks like, the unit is not filtering the water.. Raised the complaint via whatapp and mail. But there is no response from aquaultra after many remainders. Keeping the unit unused.

Not installed evenbafter 6 days of delivery

I have purchased aquaultra c20 14 litre RO from Flipcard and received on 8th September but till now not installed even calling several times to the company technician. Almost 6 days passed but no response from technician.

The product filter which was showing the time of the order, it is not physically. Product also damage and leak. I have seen today many people have made complaint against it, and the review is also mentioned. And it's with can't talk, the phone doesn't pick.[protected].

On 26 sep 2020. I have literally had some or the other issues with this product from the time it's been purchased. Every month I've been calling the technicians for a repair. It's still in warranty and I still have a blown out adapter inside the machine which is already replaced once by the company and its blown out again. The quality of the product is so bad that it feels like some sub standard product has been installed. I call the technician, no one answers the call +[protected]. Its a whatsapp no, no one is bothered to respond on a timely basis. Every visit is charged at Rs 300, while other companies only charge from 200 to 250 as visit charges. Later, if at all the technician responds after good 3 days, we are made to feel as if a favour is being done for coming and repairing the product. We literally have to request them to come and see the product. Inspite of being in the warranty period, if this is the situation, then what would be the plight of being outside warranty.

I received broken and used product, I repent having it ordered online. Worse service I have seen in my life, people are losing the trust in online services because of this type service.
I am gonna review it on my YouTube channel, Facebook, WhatsApp, Amazon, Flipkart etc wherever you are selling it.

I have bought the Water Purifier in the month of June 2020. Within period of 4 months, the purifier broke down. First time was in October that water inlet broke down and it’s replacement cost 900 rupees though it was under warranty of 1 year. And in the next month of November, the power supply unit stopped working and since November 16 the company is yet to send me the replacement, each time I called on the number +91 [protected] I get a call back from another number saying that you will get the replacement power supply in next week.
TERRIBLE SERVICE AND QUALITY OF PRODUCT AS IT FAILED TWICE IN SPAN OF 4 MONTHS.

Faulty water purifier Aqua ultra by online

I have purchased an aqua ultra water purifier through online. On request they sent me a tech.to install that.For the installation and for the purifier I paid 5200Rs.At the time of installation the tech.told me it is faulty. The outside filter is not working and when he connected directly the purifier is overflowing. I purchased the purifier from their online site and their I complained first day itself in their online portal.They repli me and said they will replace it.My order no.is 36632. I have contacted them at least 75 times time now. So far nothing is happened. In fact they send me a courier tracking number. When I tried I found that it was a wrong number. Again I contacted them through the portal they mentioned and immediately the person replied. The same person is answering all the time.Now he knows me even by name. I purchased the system by trusting Facebook.
Any how kindly make a complaint and I am expecting a favourable reply from you.

worst service - installation pending - worst response from customer care

Dear all,
I want to put a consumer complaint on this worst company of water purifiers. They don't have a dedicated service center, still they connect some 3rd party who don't give a damn to the consumer requests.
Post delivery of product, i emailed (4-5 times), called on their number and even went on website to re-register installation reuqest.
Today, it's 6 days now and no response from the service personnel, an email came form aqua ultra (System generated) that asks for register for installation..
Kindly donot buy this worst product and service. It's a nightmare.

Nothing will happen, I raised a request in Feb'20 and today is Oct 7'20. Yet no response yet. These are fake companies and they just sell chinese products. They do not have any customer care unfortunately no lawyer or NGOs or consumer forum has guts to against these goons. They are protected if you understand what I mean by that.

I placed order for a water purifier on august 7 2019.
My order number is #16368
Firstly they had sent me already used and damaged product and then denied to replace the item.
Their way of talking is like “do whatever you want to do, we will not replace it”
I know my consumer rights but i don't have time to complain in consumer court.
They don't even reply my messages and emails.

uv water purifier
I strongly recommend (Not to) buy any product from aqua ultra.
They are entertaining customers to the last bit. They expect you to pay for the products as well as return the product, which they know is faulty and non working back to them and then you just relax to think that you had a bad dream or bad day or rather be content that something more bad could have happened.
I ordered 2 products in end of june 2019, every product i faced problem - both primarily were not working from day 1 and seemed to have been packed and sent just like that. Details as below :
1.1st product - gate valve & filter tape was missing. Also uv lamp was not working from day 1 on its installation. No replacement sent till date. - so you pay and order an uv water purifier and the uv lamp only do not work.
2. 2nd product : uv barrel was damaged, with uv lamp also not working - water leaking from all ends. A replacement sent by the office after almost a month with follow up of repeated 100+ calls, 150+ whatsapp and 15+ emails. Now we are getting electrically charged water to drink - practically its giving you electric shocks and potential element of death risk. The installer got heavy shock just after replacement parts was fixed.
Am not too sure if the organisation has specially made such products for population control in india
When ever put complain, there is no response.
Only answer u get that you return the item to them via courier - so that they can eat the money you already paid as well as take back the product also - and perhaps send this faulty machine again to someone they manage to sell.
Just guessing on their modus operandi - but am sure they are not in the right mindframe for doing business in the right manners.
Govt. Bodies should take these incidents and such cases more seriously

After several reminders and mail communications with you, still i have not received my refund for wrong product sent by Aqua Ultra Company.
You will never receive anything from them. I am facing the same problem but they are mighty people and protected if you understand what I mean. I raised a request in Feb'20 and haven't received any response. However, please be safe because they have local goons, I got couple of calls when I raised my complaint against them.

I have read the good review in social network. And i have decided to purchase filter of aqua ultra.
I have ordered filter last week and received on yesterday. Today we have installed the filter and checked and found that pump is not working. Water is not coming out of the pump.
I want resolution of this or replace the filter. They are denying to replace the same.
Kindly help on this.

I have purchased a water purifier order no-#[protected], order date -22-feb-2018, this company has no service centre there for you hava to pay to 3rd party for installation and repairs. Alomst every component has detect 3rd party two times repairs but spair part not supply (This company) we are not able to use because of faulty product. For telephonic complain again and again no any response and also service request no any response, the company policy is very clear, get the money and runaway. I would not recommend this cheap product.

shipping defective product without refund

On 7th october 2017 i purchased one water purifier online directly from company website aquaultra.in. My order number is 6542 model number aqua ultra ux2104 ro uv uf alkaline water purifier. I made the payment online through paytm an amount of rs. 6590.00. The company shipped the product on 8th october 2017 through fedex tracking number[protected]. I received the product parcel on 28th october 2017. On email request for installation, they gave us a local number to fix an appointment with them. The installation person came on 02 november 2017. The engineer tried to install the product but found the product defective and damaged with major components missing. The engineer as well as we spoke to the company and they assured us for a fresh replacement immediately. On company request we paid rs.400.00 to the installation person which the company agreed to reimbursed with fresh replacement. After waiting for almost two weeks fifteen days i wrote the company an email asking for a refund of my money. The company replied saying a fresh replacement shall be shipped on 20th november 2017 through fedex tracking number[protected]. I received the replacement on 29th november 2017. The service installation person came on 2nd december 2017. The engineer found the same damaged product again, the engineer as well as we call up the company and informed them the content of the box and asked for the refund of our money. On same 2nd december 2017, we wrote again to the company asking for refund of our money but they replied us on 4th december saying repair the damaged product and use it but no refund. Again on same day i wrote them that i will approach legal system if no refund but yet they didnt replied.

They sent me damaged and used by someone type product and after complaining they refused to replace.
Forget about the refund they even don't replace the faulty product.

I have purchased a water purifier (Order #4406). On 22nd may. This company has no service center therefor you have to pay to 3rd party for installation. During the installation many part of the purifier not working and almost every component has defect. We are not able to use because of faulty product. The company has no service center and simply says you return the product and pay the courier charges from my pocket which i had paid 800 rupees. After some days now another part which is adapter is burned out which is also in warranty period. I again pay service charge 300 rupees to third party service engineer for checkup. Even after contact with company same statement is saying you will courier the fauly part we will check at our end and replace the same. The company policy is very clear. Get the money and run away. I would not recommend this cheap product
