I bought Aqua Ultra Purifier one month back. Order# 13105. First, it was delivered to wrong address. I have to personally go and pick it from that address. The customer service was helpless for the delivery problem. Then for installation, the product delivered on 3 June. Till date 21 June, they have been saying the installation guy is on the way. But he has not reached yet.
I want the company to take back the product and return my money. The water purifier I bought is not for keeping in the show-case. Was this information helpful? |
