Aqua Ultra Water Purifier Complaints & Reviews

I bought Aqua Ultra Purifier one month back. Order# 13105. First, it was delivered to wrong address. I have to personally go and pick it from that address. The customer service was helpless for the delivery problem. Then for installation, the product delivered on 3 June. Till date 21 June, they have been saying the installation guy is on the way. But he has not reached yet.

I want the company to take back the product and return my money. The water purifier I bought is not for keeping in the show-case.

I purchased online aqua ultra water purifier from mayur enterprises (Contact no: [protected]) received on 29.5.2019 bhuj gujrat, which was found damaged when opened. As per the policy company was supposed to replace the product with the new one. The replaced product sent by the company was also damaged and now the company is refusing to change the product. Kindly take strong action against such fraud company & dealers so that they do not dare to cheat people.

I have purchased a water purifier (Order #r[protected]. On 17th may. This company has no service center therefor you have to pay to 3rd party for installation. During the installation many part of the purifier not working and almost every component has defect. We are not able to use because of faulty product. The company has no service center and simply says you return the product and pay the courier charges from my pocket. It means paying installation and other charges i'll end up loosing half of my paid money. The company policy is very clear. Get the money and run away. I would not recommend this cheap product.
