I, bhuvaneshwar sharma, had bought the aquacare and insurance for warranty of 2 years from 14-jun-18 to 13-jun-20 for mandatory service period after paying the money.

On calling the customer care, they tell that they will come in next 2-3 days. So far, i have called more than 10 times and same answer is given.
Since, the candle is not working and needs to be changed, i had called up to ensure the same happens. However, i do not receive any updates upon calling the customer care. This is pure cheating the customer.
