Aquacare And Ionexacense Pvt Ltd — no service under amc

I have entered into amc for my aquaguard on 2nd jun'2019. My clint id is:45572 under amc every 3 months they need to come for service. Till now they have not visited for service. Whenever i call for service, they are not ready to come on weekends. When i am not in amc, they are ready to come any day like saturday or sunday and they never said they only work on weekdays. Past two months i am calling them they are not responding. Their customer care no:[protected] is waste. They will not co-ordinate with tech people properly and i do not have any other no to complaint. I lot confidence on them. I would like to get refund my money.
