Aquafresh Ro — Crap, fault, defective machine and fraud company

The company and product both are completely fake. we bought this crap machine in august 2014 and the next day it stopped working. there was leakage and burning smell was coming out. we called customer care multiple times but no one was there to pickup the call and no no ever came for repairing or customer care. after spending almost 20, 000 rupees in two years, we just throw it away because no one was willing to take it even for free. at that time, we did not knew how to raise a grieviance/complaint at national consumer helpline or how to register for fraud so we kept trying here and there but did not got any refund or help. if we knew about national consumer helpline then we would have surely sued this company. please don't buy this crap machine otherwise you will suffer.
