The company and product both are completely fake. we bought this crap machine in august 2014 and the next day it stopped working. there was leakage and burning smell was coming out. we called customer care multiple times but no one was there to pickup the call and no no ever came for repairing or customer care. after spending almost 20, 000 rupees in two years, we just throw it away because no one was willing to take it even for free. at...

I purchased the product on March 2020 and installed in last of March. During installation it was working but machine was idle sine then. when I tried to use yesterday machine didn't work for which I made complaint. Technical man came today and said that the pump is not working. Which requires ₹2600/ plus ₹ 300/.
I'm surprised how a machine could inactive during my first uses. I request for free replacement of the pump.

Ro services was done on 07th of july 2020 but leakage will start from filter at same time vendor suggested to come tomorrow to resolved the issue but till date[protected]:30pm) no one came to resolve my issue. I have call so many time to their customer care but no one came to resolved my issue. Area manger also not able to arrange someone to resolved my issue. I am frustrated with their service. Continue water leakage from filter and wasted.

This is regarding a cockroach found in RO brought through online marketing mode from a company named Aquafresh RO.The RO was bought in cash payment and was promised 3 free service with it. But no service has been given by the compsny instead had to csll customer care multiple times.Recently a cockroach was spotted in RO tank by us and was informed to company to send the executive but since one week no body has responded n everytime we call they say we have no technician. I have bought new aquafresh ro recently, and called the service provider for installation. The service provider has installed the filter but not properly it has leakage problem inside. I have called him after 2 hours but he told me that he will charge for this problem.
Why should i pay for faulty installation done by service provider.
I have called the service provider to solve this issue but they are telling me that they will take charges for that and not accepting there fault for installation.

I bought a new aqua fresh ro 16.6.19. His give me one year warranty.
I have just bought a new ro, i have an electric mistake, and i am calling again and again. But no one is picking up the phone, i am troubled by the last one week. I had purchased aquafresh nexus swift from their office in dwarka in may 2018. I was told by them that they have a service centre in sector 15, noida and they will be providing 1 year amc on the system.
They are very poor in servicing the system and they do not have any service centre in noida.
On 16 nov 2018, i had complained to them that the system is not filtering the water. Almost 1 month has passed but nobody has come to repair it or even attend to it. I had to call someone else to get it repaired and pay for the solenoid valve.
I feel greatly cheated by the company. Even their manager vijay sharma did not bother to attend the complaint.

I have purchase an RO from AQUAFRESH R.O. SYSTEM (H.O. F-5 MAnish Link Rd Plaza-2, Plot no. 10, Nr HDFC Bank, Dwarka Delhi-75) on 11th July'2018 which got issue of leakage & overflow since last 1&half month. I have been chasing team but still there is no resolution. Moreover their staff (Tina & Ritu) they start misbehaving & abusing if we give them a followup call.
It's been more than one & half month since we have been facing this problem.
Neither thse take any action or align their technician nor provide their seniors nos. As per them they have mandate not to share their next level contact details.

After lot's of communication number given on website regarding servicing of ro purchase from the company dated 05/09/2017 with bill no. 13948. Complaint date friday dated 05/04/2017 and still no one came for servicing, every time when i call regarding servicing, when servicing will be done and every time suggested someone reach either today or tomorrow. However no one came till today.

I also try to communicate through email but they are so irresponsible, no one bother to reply on that email.

Please suggest the how to resolve this issue and also no one face such issue

Please i request all of you who planing to buy this product. I also have the same and i am really tired of this.. Very bad service. They only interested in sales not in service. They don't respond over your calls for request to free service and even after paid service if something gone wrong with the product they don't come to see that again as u had already paid them for service.
I paid 2500 for service in which all filters have changed and even after the service product not working well and now i am trying to call them again and again no one have come yet even after a month.

Please don't buy Aquafresh RO as there is no after sales service. No body will pick up the call and there is no ISO certification. This is a fraud company.

I have taken AMC from http://www.aquafreshro.com/, they have provided 4 numbers but every time there customer care guys make customers fool. I am complaining for last 3 weeks and no is coming for service. and they are also refusing to return the AMC amount when I asked them that if they are not reasy to provide service then please return my AMC amount so that i can avail the service from other place. Every time they provide new complaint number and making customer fool.

At the time of purchase they promised 1 year warranty. 3 Free services in a year and on-demand service.

But after that after registering service, they didnot come for service. After that they gave so many lame excuses and finally they stopped picking my call. They didnot even came once for service.

Hi Sir, I have purchase aquafresh water purifier on 26th Apr 2015 from aquafresh ro website. http://www.aquafreshropurifier.com/ I called customer care number [protected] and bought a water purifier. initially first week it was working fine. After that it is not working. I called their customer care about this and after many calls they came after 2 days of my complained and then replace the faulty parts in the RO. But after that again that part was not working and then I called them many times, but no one is coming to visit and fix the RO. No technician visit - RO not working properly I purchased Aquafresh RO in the Month of March 2014 from online aqua fresh seller which is number- [protected], [protected] but now I am facing problem from this RO, like - Water taste is very bad & some electrical fault in RO. I Sandeep Agrawal (Asst. Executive Engineer / DMRC Mob No.[protected], Metro Bhawan) have bought the "AQUA FRESH Super Grand Model RO+UV+TDS Adjustable" details of which is given below on 30/07/2013. The product was installed on a wall in my home by the company person, i paid him the amount in cash and as he was about to leave, the RO system fell down from the wall, causing damage to few of my items kept on near by shelf and to itself. The outer body of the RO was damaged badly and the inner parts may have been slightly damaged from inside. I called the company office @ [protected],[protected] and asked for replacement as this damage was bcoz of their installation fault. They promised to replace it tomorrow and now i have called at least 100 times, many times they are not replying the call, sometimes they are picked the call and then kept the call on hold.
I want the replacement of my RO asap or return my money back.

I purchased Aquafresh Challenger RO Water purifier from Divine Marketing, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi on 17/10/2010 with 1 year warranty. Salesman name was Shyam. From the beginning, It started having problems. With in warranty period, now it membrane and kaddle have become faulty and after so many discussions, salesman sent a guy who replaced faulty membrane with other membrane which he carried along with him. I wanted to tell you the new membrane was not sealed pack and already opened. I had all heated discussion with him, but he refused to give me any proper reason. And he didn't even change kaddle. I am trying their customer care, they are saying I need to talk to salesman only. I tried to explain customer care lady "Gulista" that I already had talk with Salesman, shyam, But she refused to give me any other authority number. She kept repeating the same thing and didn't accept my complaint.

I am not happy with the service and the product. I am wasting my lot of time discussing with these ppl but getting no positive response.

In the warranty period, they are not listening my problems, How would they listen after warranty period?

Please resolve the issue asap.
