Aquafresh Ro System — Aquagrand + water purifier | |||||
Sir, i have purchased one water purifier aqua fresh aqua grand + from aquafresh r. o. system, address h. o. 125, 1st floor, vardhaman j. p. plaza, sector 4, dawarka, new delhi - 110075. the product is not working properly and it's water is over flowed from the day it is bought. my invoice no is 11147 dated 4th april, 2016. i am calling again and again to the office persons but no positive response. i got the complaint no 25938 with great difficulty. every time it is assured that somebody visited my home but nobody turned up. then their office members have given me no of some senior person, mr vinod and i spoke to him. he took my address 2 times but still no body turned up. i am really fed up of them. now it's been 4 months and i called them again for servicing as it was the part of the purchase only. my one year servicing was free with this company as an offer. i spoke to their staff member, miss seema and she again assured me of service. my request no was 28269. but till the time i have got no response from their side. they people are just looting the consumer and making fools o[censored]s. whenever we called them, they talked like nonsense and spoke ruthlessly. not a single commitment was fulfilled, whatever done at the time of purchase. even i have written to some mr vijay at aquafresh office, but he is also mute on it.
