Aquafresh Ro System — Product faulty within warranty but no servicing done yet

Dear Sir,
I am writing to you on behalf a Customer of AQUAFRESH RO SYSTEM, Mr. Sanjeev Kumar who brought their product (Aquafresh Water Purifier) from 'Easy Life Services’ located at Royal Complex, Veer Savarkar Block, Shakarpur, Delhi – 110092 on 24 August 2015 which is less than six months. He has been facing an issue with the product since last 1.5 months and the problem is that the purifier would not filter and store the water like it used to do earlier. The product is still under 1 year warranty (please refer attachment 1 & 2).

Sanjeev has been trying to raise the complain to the dealer (person who installed it) since last one month however, every time he calls the person, he was given a false commitment that he would come over and fix it. However he has never turned up till date and now he does not even answer the call. I have initially written to the company in all possible Email IDs found and off-late got a revert from them that they agency who sold him is not an Authorized Deal.

Here the question is that the Product belongs to Aquafresh RO System and that product is faulty now. Secondly, how would a common man know that who is authorized and who is not authorized.

Sanjeev is a Taxi Driver by profession and somehow meeting his end needs. It will be unfair to expect someone from a very humble background to be that expert to judge who is authorized and who is not. Someone can even make fake authorization certificate and show it to customer.

Another things to be noted is that if Easy Life Services is not Authorized dealer then post highlighting the same to the company, why they are not initiating any Disciplinary / Legal action against them. After all this is a matter of Fraudulent Practice and An Act of Defamation of their Company Name.

Not doing either, it shows that Aquafresh RO System company has a Practice of simply selling their goods by whatever means and all they are worried about is money.

Would request you to look into this on priority and Sanjeev get justice.
