I have taken Dr. Aquaguard UV AMC on 7th March 2021. After the First free service on 29th Sept 2021, the device started leaking, I called back the technician and he stopped picking up my calls, I complained on helpline and on thursday, 30th Sept, two other technicians visited after about 15 calls to helpline but they are not able to resolve the issue. Very inexperienced technicians. After that from last three days, many calls to helpline but no technician visited my place. I lost faith in their technicians. Need my AMC money back from ION Exacense Pvt. Ltd. They don't have any experienced technicians, the main aim is to get AMC money in the first service and then making customers frustrated. Not sure if their is a law to support customers against these fraud companies. Was this information helpful? |
