Aquapure — poorest service and a fraud product-BE aware

I have purchased aquapure nanopurifier on 9th feb. after 2 days they installed the unit but the unit didnt work at all, installation guys told they will replace the unit by next day and went. till now none came back. whenever calling customercare, they informs Service person will attend surely by tomoorow, but i dont know when That TOMMORROW comes...
