[Resolved]  Aramex Couriers — Kyc rejection for nike

So I ordered a hoodie from nike.com india and they sent the parcel through aramex. After some days the parcel was held for customs and asked me for kyc and I submitted my government issued id and address proof but they keep rejecting it and not responding to any calls and messages
