Please cancel my order

I have orderd few products from iherb last week and i am continuously getting about submitting kyc documents. Am unable to submit because address is not matching with the adhar card. Please cancel the order and refund the amount. Its urgent. Please do the needful.

About my courier awb tracking number 37264145310

I have purchased a Silver jewelry worth 115$ and which I got for 60$ from china as it was an alloy of Silver and and some mix metal.

Now Aramex [protected]@aramex.com especially Miss Pooja Sharma, is asking me to pay ₹15000/- INR fine and ₹5, 049.60/- as customs Duty and an amendment fee of ₹1, 000/-, totally costing ₹21000/- which is more than double the value of the goods.

I have submitted multiple id proofs like Aadhar, pan card but it keeps saying rejected. but when i ordred product at that time i put address of jaipur house, and address in my addhar card is of my village, but for the address i have attached electricity bill is in the name of my mother. so pls help me in geeting my parcel

    I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your urgent attention the non-delivery of my courier, which has been significantly delayed. Additionally, I have been unable to track the status of my shipment, as no updates have been shown since September 5, 2024.

    Despite my best efforts, I have contacted the courier shop person, India Customer Care, and Australia Customer Care of Aramex, but everyone has been highly unresponsive in addressing this issue. This is causing me immense frustration.

    The details of my shipment are as follows:

    Even after repeatedly checking the tracking status, there has been no update since September 5, 2024. This delay, combined with the lack of communication, is causing me significant inconvenience, and I kindly request an immediate update on the current status of my parcel.

      I had done courier through Aramex courier on 2nd Saptember 2024 Kuwait to Ahmedabad-India with tracking no [protected]. After shipment reached Mumbai-India then they change tracking no [protected] and from 8th Saptember 2024 there is not delivery update. I have still not received my shipment to destination location at Ahmedabad-India.

        Package delivery taking too long time.

        I have done courier on 2nd saptember from Kuwait to Ahmedabad-India with tracking no [protected], it's reached Mumbai-India and then they change tracking no to [protected]. It has been more than 10 days and since I had not get delivery. There were important documents which were required urgently but Aramex is failed to delivering. Please do need full for same and urgent as early as possible....

              One of my closest friend sent me some NIKE products as a gift for my birthday, to my Mumbai address where i live as a tenant. I provided my rent agreement as a proof which had me as a licensee in the apartment and the address matches with the delivery address. In spite of that, the KYC was rejected.               I have ordered shoes from Nike. Aramex is handling the delivery obligation.
              For my product to get delivered they need my document for KYC. The delivery address of my order is different from the address on my adhar card or pan card . I have given my employee id card as proof of my delivery address as per their mentioned requisites. However, Aramex has rejected these KYC documents multiple times (to be Precise four times).

                My order from Nike is stuck with customs because its KYC could not be cleared. I submitted the KYC twice but it keeps getting rejected. I attached the rent agreement as KYC doc. It's duly signed and notarised. I've also attached authorisation letter. Please help me in getting unblocked.

                  I have been using Aramex for some time now and there have always been problems with delivery to Nizwa, Oman where I live.
                  The couriers are unresponsive and unreliable. Customer service is impossible to reach. They only provide a chat box which doesn't even answer sometimes. The couriers are sometimes rude.
                  My last delivery has been sitting in Muscat for days now and no one has updated me.

                      I've been attempting to obtain a response to several emails concerning the status of my KYC application for case 21984595. My id proof didn't have my delivery address, but i provided my rent agreement for the delivery address. I have ordered from nike previously as well with same address and provided the same docs to aramex and was able to get my delivery. This time even though i have provided the same docs after [protected]@aramex.com asked for my consent and id proofs, i have not seen any response from [protected]@aramex.com even after several emails for past 11 days. I am not sure whom to reach out now.

                        Hey, I have purchased nike shoes and upon being asked for kyc verification i have uploaded my aadhar card and my driver’s license and my current residence where I’m living is a rented place in mangalore as im a student here of which i have uploaded the rent agreement and electricity bill but i keep getting the text that my kyc is rejected.                             My package should be delivered to Tirupati- Andhra Pradesh but it was delivered to Hyderabad- Telangana. The package contains baby formula which is important for my baby.

                              I ordered stuff from nike.com, they sent my order via Aramex Couriers. I'm getting a message everyday that they wan my KYC information to deliver it to my address. I have provided the info multiple times and they outright reject it everytime, saying the address don't match. My Adhaar card address is not matching with delivery address that is why i provided rent agreement and bank statement. Their customer support doesn't answer at all. My product worth 15k is stuck.
