My order from nike has been stuck because it shows that the address I have submitted in the documents does not match the delivery address when all the difference there is that the delivery address I gave is a little more detailed than the one mentioned in the documents. I have tried contacting but there is no way to receive proper customer support from aramex. I had to cancel a previous order too because of no assistance. Shipment number: [protected]

    My package is stuck in Indore due to customs issue. I have received calls from the company saying "you have been getting messages regarding where to upload your new KYC documents, " which is a bare-faced lie. You cannot call back the same numbers, nor is there any way to contact a human and ask for support. I am sitting here, with expensive items stuck at customs, all because Aramex does not deem it necessary that customers contact them. I uploaded new KYC documents on Amazon (where I ordered in the first place) but still no avail.

      The address on the KYc is different from my college address.So I have uploaded College ID with fee receipt as per the options and its still getting rejected all the time ans they are even responding or answering my complaints. They are just sending mesaages and calls to upload KYC. Its been a month foe this time waste process. I didn't even got my gooda

        Everytime i keep uploading my id and address proofs it keeps getting rejected, i am literally running out of govt id tbh, i cant even return the order because i havent the recieved the order . 10k worth of money is stuck because of such bunch of incompetent people with no CARE about responsibilites, u ve got 1 star, ###ing grow up . U havent even replied to any of my complaints and emails, u havent even called once, u didnt do ###...u keep sending your automated stupid msgs. Why the ### do you guys even exist

          Have already uploaded all KYC documents. They are saying that aadhaar and PAN card are not same as delivery address. I have given them the Electricity Bill and Rental Agreement of the current address, still it keeps getting dismissed.

            I have had a problem receiving my parcel stuck in customs from Fashion nova as the consignee name doesn’t match the ID proofs i’ve submitted. The only difference is that my legal documents only support 1 surname while the order has another one. Both belonging to me itself.

            The HAWB bill no. is [protected].

            I’ve previously ordered from the same site at the same address multiple times and never came across this issue.
            I’ve also mailed multiple times with no replies.
            I’ve paid already and it’s sad how their customer service still hasn’t gotten back.

              Recently i ordered a shoe from Nike, and i have submitted multiple id proofs like voter ID, Aadhar, bank statement but it keeps saying rejected. The name with which i have ordered doesnt have my middle name in it but my id proofs have middlename in it, also the address which i have given during the order placement is accurate but the address proof has the same location as well but two words are misplaced in it but both mean the same and is understood by everyone working as govt officials, locals, etc can understand that it means the same. and now since i have ordered already and it keeps asking me to upload address proof and id proof, i simply cannot change that . Please help me with my parcel thank you :)

              Havent recieved anything helpful from aramex yet and my shipment is stuck for 10days from 12th may to 22nd may. The whatsapp notification still keeps saying invalid address proof whereas i have sent multiple address proofs including electricity bill, LPG bill, voter id, bank statement and what not. Is your courier co. so dumb to understand the things i have already mentioned earlier? if that is the case i m going to say it againnn... my govt id has address proof as - Kaliachuk, Kolakhowa whereas the address i have given during the order is Kolakhowa, kaliachuk ? u guys dont understand that? so in order for me to recieve the parcel i have to make another govt document specifically for aramex because u guys are so dumb not to understand and keep repeatedly sending my rejected kyc msgs on whatsapp?

                    I ordered a cap from nike app which shifted from Singapore to India on 27th April then it was in bangalore till May then again it moved to mumbai now its showing that I have refused for the shipment and its current location is in delhi it should have delivered to me within 15th May.. I never made any calls about the refusement of the shipment nor did they call . So how the hell on earth they made this issue. I want my parcel as soon as possible.

Please share KYC Document in consignee name and matches the delivery address..                         I have given them every details regarding my order and they are still not responding to it. M tired giving them my id proofs they are literally hiving me mental harassment. After giving everything every proof of my address details they are not doing anything.

                          Hi team,

                          I have provided my electricity bill as my address proof : HMR No.24, hennur, hbr layout

                          Shipment address: HMR purple elite 102 second floor, hennur, hbr layout

                          Both the addresses are same . It’s just that writing style is different and shipment address is more explanatory.

                          What was the reason to reject it?

                          My Aadhar and PAN Card have my previous house address which is my own house but right now I’m staying in HMR, hennur which I have given address proof as electricity bill kindly do the clearance .

                            Ordered parcel from amazon US and Aramex was assigned thedelivery but getting messages from aramex to upload new KYC Documents . Twice uploaded new Address proof documents but no progress in customs clearance. Not able to connect to aramex customer support either. No proper channels are provided by aramex to speak to a representative and mails are not being answered .

                              Hi, Since last one month i am trying to get my parcel clear from customs but it stucked due to KYC, i have uploaded so any documents but still ARAMEX are too lazy to do anything. even i have send an email for authorization as they asked but no progess. Also i have called them many times but they dont provide correct information. always tells the lies.

                              Please help in clearing my parcel.

                                I have uploaded all the necessary KYC documents. My shipping address is different from my kyc address so I added EB bill as address proof. It’s a valid government bill also added property tax when it got rejected for light bill. Still it’s getting rejected. It’s been stuck in banglore for more than 15 days now.

                                    MY shipment: [protected]. Has been on hold in customs in Delhi it needs a KYC. So I uploaded my passport front and back and my home is in Mumbai but I am staying here in Delhi for a tournament and will be here till Aug, So I ordered my Shoes at this Office space that my team and I are using and it is not under my name it is under my management. please Tell me how you can update my KYC or what kind of document you need for my KYC because the name will never match as I am not a resident of Delhi. I am just a temporary resident here. There are no emails being sent no contact information to connect with and the worst part is they only sent me this WhatsApp msg stating your KYC failed ofcourse it's going to fail I am not from Delhi. I am temporarily living here. I need assistance my shoes are stuck for no apparent reason.
