About my courier awb tracking number 37264145310

I have purchased a Silver jewelry worth 115$ and which I got for 60$ from china as it was an alloy of Silver and and some mix metal.

Now Aramex [protected]@aramex.com especially Miss Pooja Sharma, is asking me to pay ₹15000/- INR fine and ₹5, 049.60/- as customs Duty and an amendment fee of ₹1, 000/-, totally costing ₹21000/- which is more than double the value of the goods.

Package delivery taking too long time.

I have done courier on 2nd saptember from Kuwait to Ahmedabad-India with tracking no [protected], it's reached Mumbai-India and then they change tracking no to [protected]. It has been more than 10 days and since I had not get delivery. There were important documents which were required urgently but Aramex is failed to delivering. Please do need full for same and urgent as early as possible....

Pending KYC Clearance

Aramex Couriers - KYC rejected due to mismatch of delivery address, even after submitting rent agreement and electricity bills

I am a student currently studying and based in Bangalore, however all my National ID cards bears the address of my permanent home address from another state.
However even after multiple attempts to clear the KYC for customs of my order from Nike.com, it keeps getting rejected “due to Delivery Address does not match with provided KYC.”

Lost parcel/no refund after almost 3 months

Fake custom duty bills

Hello,

This is the third time same thing is happening to me, my package worth is 105$ and its no risky item and aramex sent me an invoice they themselves made and asking me to pay 4.4k as customs duty which is again more than 50% of the product value .
Last two times also same happened with me and they are showing incorrect value for my goods .
This company is looting people with fake customs bills please look...

Charged customs duty twice

Hello. On two separate occasions I ordered parcels that were shipped through Aramex. Both times Aramex gave me the option to pay import duties around Rs 550 each time through their app which I did. Payments were successful and Aramex received the money. However they still marked shipment as Cash on Delivery due to which delivery agent asked for the same amount (already paid) at doorstep and I was forced to pay twice to receive my parcel....

Not delivering my order from Nike.com

I ordered stuff from nike.com, they sent my order via Aramex Couriers. I'm getting a message everyday that they wan my KYC information to deliver it to my address.
