Arati Aviation — why they are asking money???

I'm confused b'coz a month b4 also i had got a call they took interview & told to send photos & resume along with certain amount but i didn't deal with them, later i applied in naukri.com for airline job after 10 days i got a call & she took my interview through telephone only & got a mail to attach some documents & 1200 ₹.
My question is why any company will ask money. Usually we search a job to earn money but to get a job also we should pay mean i'm not getting.
