Arc Parcel Service — parcel service is worst

Arc parcel service is worst. I have given some parcel from ongole to chennai - tambaram. It took 10days to reach tambaram, where as it dispatched from ongole on the initial day and reached chennai, may be on the same day. These was not communication from arc or in web to track it. I called many times to reach arc-tambaram branch, his response was not positive all the time. Not able to provide me accurate information about my parcel.

Finally it reached after 10 days and he took rs 300/-, but the actual bill is rs 260 /-. I asked, why i need to pay extra, he replied that extra money is for delivery. I was surprised to hear that he did not deliver it to my doorstep, i went to arc-tambaram office and collected it. It is fully illegal to collect extra money.
