Consignment no T[protected], booked for door delivery
from chennai to bangalore took 6 days, and the people in peenya branch refused to door delivery also rash behaviour

I am from gudalur i was haveing a parcel from kerala, i went to ARC OFFICE at that time office was closed i called him and he told he will come within 10 mins but i waited there for more than one hour i call him again he didnt pick my call please do the needful. Thank you...

An additional amount of Rs.1800 was collected from me as unloading charges because of some dispute with local loading union which they told they will reimburse later that evening but not responding to the calls from then on, along with the 32000 paid for transportation of household items for a distance of 200 kilometres from Gudalur to Erode. Dear Sir/Mam

This is to inform you that we have sent a material through ARC carriers to Jangir-champa but it was delivered in broken condition and some material was missing as per receiving party.
We are sharing the details, please look into this matter and revert as soon as possible.

Sir parcels are not coming neatly they are torn and coming.This is not 1st and 2nd time.This is repeated somany times.Nextime it will repeat means I'll bring the stock to another transport.in VIZIANAGARAM transport there is a lady she will not responce for any thing and the response from transport is not good.she is taking toomuch money for paid pass LR.

I received a call from arc parcel service that I have a parcel to receive, they said me that we can't deliver this parcel to your home, so come and get the parcel to the office. What's nonsense? Your parcel service should deliver the parcel to home, but everytime I go to the parcel office collect my parcel. If you provide service be like this, why you call yourself a parcel service?
You have to response for this complaint.
Otherwise I will complain and take action of your parcel service.

Hi actually the parcel I sent was totally damaged.. Tey are broke the bag key and opened my bag.. Totally disappointment... Very bad service... Don't use tis arc parcel..

Incident happened on 04 th march 2019. We are one of the distributor who is receiving goods from different location through arc parcel service. Service is utter worst and particularly the service person from ganapathy branch, coimbatore literally speaking manners is too bad. He doesnt speak anything politely and we feel its too bad to continue the service. Kindly check the same.

A consignment booked from hubli, karnataka to trivandrum,
Docket no. K[protected] dated 19/01/2018, now in forth day till it is not reached in bangalore, then when it will reach to trivandrum, your transport is found always delayed to deliver the consignments to the destination. The consignment is very important and urgent requirement, please take the mater as series and arrange to speedup the transit without further delay, we need the consignment here (Trivandrum) on wednesday (24th, january, 2018) please see that to expedite delivery.

We are doing our business regularly with arc parcel. Last week our supplier despatch a consignment of 15 boxes vide lr. No:mbm74962 from mumbai. Dt: 5.12.17. But till today our original lr. Not recd from courier. We spoken and requested ur agent to deliver only 3 boxes out of 15. And we are ready to pay the full l. R. Amount along with our letterhead stating the delay of orginal arrival. But ur agent spoke very rudly and he told me not to book hence forth in this company. I dont know how an agent speak like this. If he is not aggressive and supportive then how the business will increase to ur concern.,

Arc parcel service is worst. I have given some parcel from ongole to chennai - tambaram. It took 10days to reach tambaram, where as it dispatched from ongole on the initial day and reached chennai, may be on the same day. These was not communication from arc or in web to track it. I called many times to reach arc-tambaram branch, his response was not positive all the time. Not able to provide me accurate information about my parcel.

This is doctor!! I booked to transfer my vehicle from thrissur to chennai!! First they made late to pack nd send nd made late by 4 days!! After 4 days they loaded in truck!! Hi We had shipped goods from Hosur to Kotagiri on the 9th of October 2010. The goods were suppose to arrive in 3 days. It took more than 10 days to arrive. We had called repeatedly everyday but the ARC office in Kotagiri and Coimbatore were not aware of the status and kept stating that we will be be getting it the next day. Finally when I tried to complain to the manager Somasundaram, he was arrogant and said that the goods will take its own time to reach. Finally I had to call his manager and got the goods after 2 days. The delay of 10 days has caused much hardship for our floriculture business. We had to pay Rs. 3000 more to the contractor to finish the Job.
