I shifted my household stuff from kolkata to bangalore on 26.06.2016 with arc trans logistic pvt ltd. I am very disappointed with the service. I had given a hydraulic bed to be shifted, but on assembling in bangalore, we found that 4 of main bed parts are missing. I have tried reaching sukhbir ([protected]) of arc trans logistic pvt ltd multiple times since delivery of the items (Delivery happened on 7.7.2016) but he simply doesn't pick up the call of listen to my woes and also because he doesn't want to pay the insurance amount.
In addition, they have delayed the delivery by 5 days more than promised and don't pick up calls to let us know about the shifting details. Truly unprofessional behavior as these people use email id of vrl movers and packers in their bill and not their own!!
Due to the missing bed parts, we are unable to assemble and use the hydraulic bed. We want the bed parts back or else compensation of rs 6000 from arc packers and movers agency. Request to please expedite, check and get us the compensation or bed parts as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? |
