Fraud service ever I have experienced... Worst delivery time and no risk for the luggage as well...they told me that the luggage will be reach to me in 3 days but even after many follow up they delivered it to me after 15 days... And my vehicle got broke during the transits.after they got the payment they don't even bother to receive your call as well..### up service... Never ever book any service with them... Worst service in whole...

I shifted my household stuff from kolkata to bangalore on 26.06.2016 with arc trans logistic pvt ltd. I am very disappointed with the service. I had given a hydraulic bed to be shifted, but on assembling in bangalore, we found that 4 of main bed parts are missing. I have tried reaching sukhbir ([protected]) of arc trans logistic pvt ltd multiple times since delivery of the items (Delivery happened on 7.7.2016) but he simply doesn't pick...
