My subscription I'd [protected] I paid for my annual renewal which was due on 19th 2015 for my annual renewal package Rs 6235 informed tatasky of the same suddenly I am getting call my balance is over and I need to pay rs 2000 for renewal I told them I have payed for an annual subscription they said u paid but didn't inform or update package which I have but they say u have not they asked me to contact nodal officer and said that on daily basis they have charged me and my package is over in 4 months and they will discontinue services if I don't pay to continue I insisted that I will not renew as I have already paid for an year they r cheating me besides having paid for the whole year kindly look into this matter on urgent basis I do not wish to continue their services if they r going to ask me to pay more money as it has happen once it can happen again in nodal office they have taken my complaint and have said will get back but knowing tatasky slow services I also have read other similar complaints on the forum is it a common practice that they r using to extract money from customers
