Archana — passport delivered to a wrong address by blue dart

24 11th A main 5th block jayanagar, Sanjay nagar, 560094

My passport supposed to be delivered to me that's on 9/4/2019... It has been delivered to some unknown address n sighed by some unknown person the courier boy has not even asked the i'd relationship nor taken the contact number of the person whom my passport was dhanded over to... Blue dart being such a big company...

I am surprised that a company like vsf hires such irresponsible courier company to handle passport..

Blue dart charged me rs.450 for courier n our own post office just charged rs.100 n still they dont do such blunders.. They take each an every detail of the person collecting the courier..

I think vsf needs to rethink..
