I ordered a crunchy butterscotch cake on 16/08/2018 for my friend's birthday, which is on 18/08/2018. Order number was al[protected]. On 18/08/2018, i tried to track the order through their website. But it showed, printed and it was ready for packaging. I also contacted them over whatsapp number they provided on their website +91 [protected]. They also conformed they it will deliver today.in evening i again messaged them about my order. But they says it was not serviceable area, so they can't deliver the order. They spoiled my day. They had to inform this either at the time of placing the order or atleast today morning.
I need compensation for this. They should update their website before doing such online shopping. It makes people unhappy.
