I got my courier sending by rajwinder singh through your company on 8/01/18 at 1:25 pm. Thanks for sending it safely but i got one angie hot flowery perfume bottle is empty. I think it was leaked while your servicing. Kindly look into the matter. As well as i sending picture of empty bottle and its box.

Archies Online — order not received

Sir, i had placed an order on 25th december 2017 (Order id-or[protected] which had to be delivered on 1st january 2018, but the order has not yet been received till the writing of this mail.
It would be a favour to me if you provide me the courier or post number so that i can track the order status as your helpline number is always busy and keeps me waiting for hours.
If you are not in a position to deliver my order before 5th january, can i cancel my order? As it was a new year card which will be irrelevant after 5th of jan.
Hope you will understand my pain and help me...

Ordered card on archiesonline.com. Order no or[protected] on 1st jan 2018, it hasn't been delivered neither any communication about it. Customer care doesn't respond to calls or emails. Payment has been made through online banking, and wasn't any response even after, now i can't even log into account... Poor service by such a brand

Archies is cheating and lying to customers. Pathetic customer service. They ruined my occasion.
Archies: zero trust brand, bunch of liers

I called the cc today.

1. I got to know the dispatch was done on 3rd jan, where as it was supposed to be delivered by 1st jan.!
2. The agent was lying / fool me stating that it was an issue because the website was going through updation. How can a website updation delay my dispatch.??
3. Why no information was given to me that it would be delayed?
4. I trusted archies to make the occasion of my daughter...

My order with archies of order id[protected] for which i paid rs.1268 through paytm - txn id [protected] to archies yesterday, has not been delivered to ankita chakrabarti... Imsc chennai. I booked the order on 2nd january. It consisted of a birthday card, a bouket of roses, a pair of jhumka and blue coloured bangles. These were booked as birthday gift and it was supposed to be delivered today 3rd january 2018. It was a birthday gift pac to be delivered to imsc, 4th cross road, cit campus, tharamani, chennai. Its almost 7 pm now. If it i not delivered on the date of birthday it is of no use....

I ordered a card yesterday from archie's online site and now m not getting tbe tracking details and the site says i have no orders placed. I want confirmation of my order as i have paid the amount. No customer care no. Picks up. Highly unsatisfying and annoying. Either i want my money back or the card delivery confirmation. Was not expecting this kind of services....

Hi team,

I have booked one order online through your portal which was about to deliver on 1st jan but i am unable to track the order. Tried calling on ur customer support number a couple of times but unable to connect. The order id is or[protected]. Please give me confimation regarding this order. I have never thought of such pathetic service delivery by archies. Even on their site they have provided the option of tracking the product delivery but it does not take you to anywhere....

I have ordered 3 items on 23rd december 17. And the standard delivery was showing 25th december 17 and the order was prepaid. But i did not got any order confirmation or message on my mobile number.

I enquired them through email regarding my order on 26th dec than they told me through email that one of the product is out of stock and please select another option and let us know on email... Same was done from my side. I requested them to call on my mobile no. As i called on the no. Listed on their website but it was unanswerable all the time.

It is to inform you that i placed two orders from website www.archiesonline.com which was a wishing you good luck combo and good morning gorgeous mug the orders was booked on dated 23rd december 2017 later one of the orders which was wishing you good luck combo and the cost of the order is rs. 899/- was cancelled from my side by phone on this no.[protected] your customer care representative assured me for cancellation of order but no refund amount which is rs 804/- after necessary deduction as told by customer care representative is not received.

I am writing this to know about one of my orders (Or[protected], which i placed on 17th of december 2017 and was supposed to be delivered on 20th december 2017. But it has not been delivered yet. Neither i have received any kind of notification from archies side regarding the order status. I tried to contact your customer support a number of times, but the call was never received. Today after so many attempts when someone picked up the call, i was told that it will be dispatched today and i will get a confirmation email. I ordered christmas hamper to deliver by 25th dec 2017 and it's not delivered.
The worst part is that their customer care service also not responding.

They have just taken money and disappeared
Now no one knows you. Most third class service.

And they are always spoiling your day never go with archies products.

Archies — product undelivered against payment

Hi. With much shock and surprise i found that the online version of a much loved brand archies, archiesonline.com, happily took the money that i transferred to their account for purchasing a product, and never bothered to deliver the product to me. At first the money got debited from my account on 15th dec, but no response from archies. I kept trying for 5 days and finally got hold of a number. Then they placed my order on 20th dec. Now even after 7 days there was no further news about my item, if it was shipped at all or not. This is the first time i tried this site and what a dismal experience....

I had ordered a cake from archies, to be delivered on 17th december 2017 to chennai.
I cancelled the order on 15th of december by calling their costumer care number, but i did not recieve a confirmation.
I tried contacting then on 16/12/17 which was a saturday; but i could not reach them.
Hence i sent a mail on sunday.
The cake was not delivered, and is still not delivered (It has been more than a week now.)
On contacting the costumer care helpline, i was notified that my call was never registered.

Archies Online — can't track order ,not delivered on time

I have ordered a card and a calendar on 9 of December 2017 from Archie's online.com. As I needed it on time I ordered earlier. It's been two weeks and it haven't dispatched yet. Moreover I am not able to track the order on the website. When enquired was told that it is in printing process, is it getting printed from two weeks.🤔. Cant't even see the order placed.
My order number is AL[protected]. And I need it on Monday.
Atleast the website should show it in my orders .
I need it anyhow on or before 26 Dec or else please refund the money....

Hi Team,

Today I had visited Archies store in DLF mall Select City. I have had experienced worst experience with Archies today. I have purchased a diary, 2018 mug, Christmas card. I got mug wrapped into a golden gift paper and i asked salesperson to pack my H&M gift too. He didn’t pack that properly and it got spoiled. I asked store manager that this will not work. They replaced our wrapping with new gift paper.

At the time of billing, he was charging us for that gift...

I have purchased a gift thru archiesonline on 21/11/2017.

They dispatched my product via blue dart courier with waybill no : [protected] (Blue dart courier reference).

Today (24/11/2017) i received a message that my product has been delivered successfully but in actual i have not received my product nor even receive a single call from blue dart courier.

But when i am tracking the package from blu-dart courier it is showing that the package has been delivered to delhi.
I have mentioned all exact details but dont know why the discrepancies happened.

Archies Online — received a damaged product.

I ordered a gift hamper from archies, but I got a damaged product . I want it to be replaced asap. Also, there is no way to track orders from this site, NO response from customer care. I called them twice, but they kept me waiting for 20 mins each time then disconnect the call.

Worst online shopping experience.
It is my last order from Archies online....
