Worth rs 750 which are showing wrong coupons code while redeem online from last one month i am contacting help desk but now i got reply that need to redeem voucher at archies store physicaly why archies sell coupons for online shopping waste of time and money fraud company...

    I placed order (order number 6373) on 29/04/2022 for cake delivery on the occasion of birthday on 30/04/2022 but there was no update and cake was not delivered. Even after calling multiple times there was no response.
    My day is spoiled now. At least they should have informed if they could not deliver. I would have placed another order with some good company. Very bad experience and very very unsatisfactory.
    I need compensation for spoiling my day and a total refund.

        I bought a anniversary card from Archies online, , paid Rs 219/- for it(Debit card)
        On the card it was mentioned Rs 149/- & another rs 70/- for shipment.
        Then i receive a message from Archies, that the product is not available.
        Date of Incident is 03rd Feb'2022
        Time around 1200 hrs
        The archies greeting card mentions, 'FOREVER DOESN'T SEEM LONG ENOUGH WHENEVER I AM WITH YOU' (A anniversary card)

              Ordered a gift in @archiesonline on 3rd November 2021 with chosen date of delivery on 7th November 2021. (Made ONLINE PAYMENT of Rs 649 - Rs 599 for the product and Rs 50 for gift wrap). Didn't receive the order till 8th November. When tracked online, their delivery partner @delhivery_official didn't even ship the order. It was still in Gurgaon. On contacting the customer support of @archiesonline I was asked to wait for a call back in 15 to 20 minutes regarding my order. I didn't get any call back. After a 3 hour wait, I called back to cancel the order and claim a refund. But the response from the customer service executive was so #irritating #irresponsible
              I was lethargically informed that I would receive the order by 14th November 2021. When asked for the explanation about why it was not shipped till then, she said that the delivery partner was giving #excuses saying it was Diwali. When asked for the cancellation of the product, I was #rudely informed that the order was NOT ELIGIBLE for cancellation as the product has been dispatched by @archiesonline to the courier partner @delhivery_official the very same day the order was placed and it was @delhivery_official who was responsible for the delay. No more support was given. The product was to be gifted on 10th November 2021. But I received the product only today (12th November 2021) Adding insult to my injury, @archiesonline DID NOT GIFT WRAP the product. As mentioned, I had paid Rs 50 and it IS mentioned in the Invoice I received with the product. How are you going to respond for this??? I need not pay you for nothing..!!! Refund my Rs 50.
              @archiesonline Are you trying to make a fool out of your customers..??? We pay you in advance and you make us wait so long... Is this how you respond to your customers.??? Crappy service...!!!

                My order no. AL[protected] booked on 13th August, 2021...paid Rs.1565/-
                Ex.Delivery date shown 2st August, 2021...but not delivered till now i.e 27th August, 2021...
                Customer care very bluntly says...Go and read the terms...we do not refund...do what all you can do.
                Worst service, not at all trust worthy., like any other road side shopkeeper...
                .Will never use again nor suggest anyone...Disgusting.

                  Hi Team,

                  The product to be delivered on 22nd August has not been delivered yet after many days although was assured same day delivery.Multiple tickets raised for the same but all put on hold and no response received on cancelling and refunding the amount.No help from the Helpdesk as well.
                  One of the worst service received as a customer and do not wish to engage in any future buys from them.
                  Kindly help in expediting the process and resolving the complaint.

                    Today is Raksha Bandhan still my order is not delivered. What's happening...???

                    How are you claiming that you can delever on the same day? I am paying more Amount of the product with delevery charges & getting this much pathetic service.

                    You have ruined my Raksha Bandhan celebration and festival!!!

                    I will never advise to anyone to take service from you.
                    Still few hours are remain in festival. Please delever the order asap on priority and confirm.

                        Pathetic service archies has lost all the goodwill and reputation. I ordered a personalised keychain from archies website but I got completely different product which I ordered shape, font everything different. And when I mailed the customer care there are only saying that they don’t return or exchange products they said the product you ordered was not available that’s y the send a different one which is so unprofessional. We trust them we give our hard earn money and this is what we give. They will decide what we will gift to someone. And after arguing so much the executive was stucked only on that we apologise we can give 5% discount on your next order but we can’t return or exchange it like srsly? R we greedy of discounts that too 5% terrible service never gonna buy anything though i was their regular cust they lost their genuine cust. And would never recommend anything to buy

                            Order placed on 08.06.2021.expected date of delivery was 09.06.2021.
                            But not received the product till today 13.05.2021. Made 56 calls to customer care, not even one call was attended.
                            Mailed them, no reply for any mail. Worst customer service.
                            On tracking, it shows that product will be delivered on 16.06.2021. Which is 7 days delay from the original date of delivery. But no explanation given for this.
                            No compensation will be given it seems. Waste of money waste of my time.

                              I had ordered a pen on 25.05.2021 vide order number AL[protected] and the product was supposed to be delivered on 02.06.2021. I have still not received the order nor have I received any refund for the same. I had raised an online complaint with the archies online vide ticket id 50181 but still my complaint has not been resolved. I either want my product to be delivered or i need immediate refund of the product. Kindly help in resolving this issue.

                                I ordered a mug, the money got deducted but i dont see my order in my orders. Neither i got any confirmation mail. I have been trying to reach them multiple times but no lock. Please either refund the money or send the product., Its highly unprofessional..

                                    I have ordered for an amount of 665 Rs from https://www.archiesonline.com/. the money got deducted from my credit card (I have the statement for the same), however, archies has not given me the order.
                                    I have already complaint this to archies over email and twitter, however, they are not responding, only a ticket got generated for me from archies automated system, still i got no resolution.
                                    Also, i tried to call to them at their various numbers (landline) as given over their website, however, no one is picking up the calls.

                                    Ticket id generated by Archies :
                                    ticket ID 49555 and subject "Urgent Attn | 26 May | Order Placed (not reflecting into account, money deducted)"

                                      I had ordered a product on 22 May which was to be delivered on 25 May but it's 26 and the product hasn't even shipped .
