Archies Online — Archies fraud service

Please refund my money... I have ordered a birthday cake for 17 august but got nothing in return.. No order details or any kind of order details and confirmation email or msg.. Showing nothing in my account in order history. I even called customer service no but got no response.. And another number not in service. I just want my money back.
