Archies Online — Archies not processing refund | |||||
I made payment Rs.1435 to deliver some stuffs(chocolates & bouquet) to Betul Madhya pradesh on 9-feb-2017.The delivery to betul-460001 was displayed as available.so I made payment and the delivery date was 14-feb-2017. On 14-feb-2017 i got a mail from archies manager that the mentioned area is not serviceable so we are initiating a refund. I got half refund of one product(bouquet) and did not get any refund for the total amount.I continuously mailed the manager but he doesn't respond. He once replied and said that the chocolates are already dispatched but via tracking through DTDC the destination is wrongly mentioned and there is no update on anything. I need all my money back and request you to take strict action for such irresponsibility and lack of communication to customer, Was this information helpful? | |||||
