Archies Online — Archies order : al[protected] not deliverable on 13th feb | |||||
Hi, I have placed an order on 13th Feb, having a delivery date of 13th February, 2016. 1 product has been delivered on Saturday (13th Feb) 2nd Product is delivered on Sunday (14th Feb). 3rd Product has not been delivered yet While placing an order it was claimed by website that it will be delivered by 13th Feb, 2016 7:00 PM. The same has been confirmed by a customer care executive (Vaishali). I have tried to call today(14th Feb) also but no success because archies customer care work only from Monday to Saturday. I have again called on 15th February (Monday), Customer care executive (Chavi) was not able to resolve this issue. No refund policy in case of late delivery on Archies. It is very pathetic that such a big brand provide false promises to customers. I am also a Software Engineer and we also make promises to client and never make any false commitments to our customer.
