Archies Online — Cancel order and refund request

Hi, i have places an order from archie's online portal after verifying that the product will delivered on same day.
But it's not gets delivered on same day, now i want to cancel my order but i'm not able to see any option to cancel the order.

Can you please help me to cancel the order and refund my paid amount.
