The website was showing that it provides guaranteed same day delivery, seeing that i ordered the gift on february 14, 2020 (Order number: al[protected]. The entire day the call center was unreachable and luckily once i got to speak to one of their executives who confirmed that the delivery will happen before 7 o'clock on feb 14th. The delivery hasn't happened even till today (Feb 17th, 2020), however mysteriously we have received a message from myflowertree suggesting that the order was delivered and asking for the feedback. However, when we tried reaching out that also went unreachable.
I have been trying to reach out their customer care number but failed to connect to their executives. There is no response to emails or no response to the service ticket. It is unfortunate to see that a brand like archies is doing such a structured loot over internet. I would like to have my refund worth 1479/- Was this information helpful? |
