Archies Online — Complaining about the personalised calendar ordered in archies online | |||||
I have ordered a personalized calendar in archies online on 3rd feb with expected delivery date as 9th feb. After my follow-up with archies, they delivered on 10th feb. When i open the personalized calendar delivered, the calendar was having someone else's photo rather than the photos i shared them through email. I called customer care right away but no one picked my call and next week also when i call them, it is connecting to another customer instead of archies customer care personnel. I dropped email also. But there is no response. Finally now 1. I don't get the product which i ordered 2. Unable to contact customer care 3. Not sure about my money whether it will be refunded or not Was this information helpful? | |||||
