Archies # DLF Mall # Select city walk # Delhi Date - 21- Dec-2017 Hi Team, Today I had visited Archies store in DLF mall Select City. I have had experienced worst experience with Archies today. I have purchased a diary, 2018 mug, Christmas card. I got mug wrapped into a golden gift paper and i asked salesperson to pack my H&M gift too. He didn’t pack that properly and it got spoiled. I asked store manager that this will not work. They replaced our wrapping with new gift paper. At the time of billing, he was charging us for that gift paper that they had replaced with the spoiled one. Archies is a big brand and you people have so much popularity then why your store managers behave with customers in such a bad way?? I had purchased gifts for Rs. 1200 and it was not a pain for me to pay Rs. 60 more for new paper. But the thing is you cant make fool out of your customer. This store manager behaved really badly and I must say that customers will not have a good experience in future also. I am sorry to say that your staff made our experience with Archies real bad. I really love archies that’s why thought to inform you that the place which makes everyone happy made us sad today.
