Archies Online — Delay in delivery of shipment | |||||
I have booked a gift on the occosion of father's day and during booking i have clearly mention the required delivery date is 19th June'16 and they have accepted the date but they are not delivered the shipment on date. Because of their slow responce i have missed my gift. This is very serious issue and very bad impression of Archies. Please take this issue seriously and resolve it ASAP. But it got redeemed even when a purchase was not made.Ideally, voucher should be redeemed only when a final purchase is made.
