Archies Online — Delayed delivery. No customer care response for request of cancellation

I placed an order as a surprise gift on an anniversary which was suppose to be 18th November, 2020. I was expecting the delivery to be done on the same date.

I am highly disappointed by the delay in delivery and I’m not interested to receive it on a later date. In this regard, I request to cancel my order and process refund of the payment amount.
